Spa Hotel Felicitas

Our room was upgraded for free! Really, we booked a double room, but upon arrival were put in what was like two bedroom apartment (just without a kitchen), with a high bathtub and so on.

Things were great overall, but I had one personal problem: For me the queen size mattress (or was it king size?) was tough I mean for sleeping :-)

Location and how clean the rooms are . The restaurant was good too and pool and spa amazing .

Particularly the arrogance and non professionalism of one of the breakfast Chef's who was at the pancake station . He was speaking to me in a rude way and waiving his hands for me to go away , just because I asked what options are there . He name was Mr Rudolf

An easy walk from the train station and right beside the community park and restaurants!

No air conditioning in the rooms was a surprise to us. We struggled to be comfortable.

Clean hotel, nice rooms!! Showers were a little small in the normal rooms, but over all a great place to stay!!

Pool, breakfasts, location, hotel itself has good vibe. And the staff omg, keep them and cherish them, they are precious!

Very soft mattress. My back hurts after 2 nights. Unfortunately, I did not ask for the topper, which they offer, so I will be smarter next time☺️.Bathroom taps are in worse condition due to the lime scale I presume. For a superior double room on the 3rd floor and 4star Hotel, this shouldn't be allowed. Despite that I can't wait to visit again. Take this as a constructive criticism ???

I had a rhinitis in our room, so maybe dust (I am allergic)? But I am not sure about this one, maybe i got cold.

location is perfect. we like the breakfast and lunch. and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is nicely located along the Colonnade near the train station but also offers garage parking underneath. Wellness facilities are located inside the hotel itself on the first and fourth floors. The pool, saunas and carbonated baths were excellent. The masseurs and bath attendants were friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. The breakfast bufet was also very good.

There were only two problems I had: 1) The carpet in our room was badly (coffee? wine?) stained in several places. It needs a good cleaning or replacement. 2) While the pool and saunas are very nice, there is no jacuzzi/hot tub to relax in.

All is at high standard, perfect delicious breakfast, nice staff and the pool facilities were superb.

However hotel advertises free stay of your child, you pay extra for travel cot. Furthermore travel cot was without extra padding so it was really super uncomfortable and our toddler had to sleep with us.

The swimming pool was amazing and the location is great!

Clewan modern hotel right on Lazensky Park and near the middle of Podnebrady; has a small swimming pool which the other local hotels don't. Quite large rooms with comfy beds. Nice powerful showers.

Breakfast was a bit thin buy UK standards and got repetitive after 6 nights there - coffee lacking in expected levels of caffeine (tasted OK though).Restricted hours of swimming pool availability.We had a large transit van and there was no way it would fit in their underground carpark; had to park on the street which took considerable maneouvering

Breakfast and staff, the receptionist was very helpful, professional and nice :)

Nice breakfast, good selection. The hotel is right in the middle of the park.

The hotel seems to want to nickel-and-dime you into oblivion. I was charged $20 for overnight parking with no previous warning. I was charged $3 for each local phone call on a land line. Again these charges were not advertised. They just appeared on the final bill.

position on the park is beautiful,the buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners were plentiful with good variety and choices
