    • The breakfast was tasty. The room was comfortable. The staff are kind
    • Cleanliness, comfortable Beds
    • Beautiful historical building, 2 separate beds for kids in a family room, not some uncomfortable sofa. Excellent breakfast. Very pretty town.

    Cons -

    • To climb that many stairs, but they have paintings that makes it entertaining while you walk
    • No elevator
    • I think the inside could do with a bit of a make over, least the rooms. And if you asked for anything they would do the their best! that was very nice from all the staff.

Nice historical building, at the city centre square. Nice staff, very attentive. Breakfast was quite good for the price. Overall the stay was at a very good price for what you getting. Staff, amazing and go out their waybif you needed anything!

    Great breakfast

No AC, we were staying on the 3rd floor, and no elevator

The central location is just perfect, the parking was easy and right in front of the property. The "no reception" check-in went smoothly and the breakfast were huge & included many kinds of food given the fact they costed only 9 USD per person.

    The convenient location.

Checkin starts at 2pm but from 3pm there is nobody at the reception. So they give you a code for a key box, where you find not only your keys but also 5 or 6 keys of other rooms with the number and the names. And you get only one key for your room even though it would be practical to have 2 keys.No digital / card, only physical. Old style. The hotel is very old style. Not refurbished for the the last maybe 30-40 years or more.No lift. Hopefully only 2 floors.Very weak room doors, hence noisy. Especially if you get the luck to have a room in front of the staircase and you hear the whole night and early morning customers coming in and out.Very very old rooms. 2 hangers only in the wardrobe.Only one little mini bottle (5ml) of shower gel ... for 2 people and 2 nights ... forget about shampoo or whatsoever other amenities.Asked for twin beds (because they had no double bed abailable), which turns out the 2 single beds where apart from each other by 2 meters ...Very old bathroom. Shower doors could not close well.Breakfast extremely basic. For a rather high price (and 50% more than what booking.com advertised). And we had to refill water in the coffee machine to get our coffee as there was no staff ...Expensive like hell overall given the level of service.Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Hotel with a history in great location. Self chekin. Good comfortable bed. Good value for money. Even small fridge is available and teapot with coffee and tea.

Hair on the towel in the bathroom. You will be lucky to have a free parking near the hotel. When we arrived, all 7 places were occupied. So you should have plan B where to park your car.

Very beautiful looking hotel. Great location. Parking was on the street, but hotel has some parking places reserved for guests.Staff was helpful enough to prepare us breakfast packets as we had to leave earlier, than regular breakfast time.Unfortunately, as the breakfast area looked nice and welcoming.Bed and breakfast part is more budget oriented travellers, but for this price it is had to beat!

Cleaning staff should be more attentive and a noisy refrigerator could be changed, but these are minor things

The place was exactly the same as in the pictures advertised. I really liked its all-fashioned style. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very kind people indeed. I was very happy here. Thanks!

maybe, but just maybe, I missed an elevator. But in the end, it was worth walking every part of the building.

The radiators were burning hot in the evening and stone cold during the night

    Uncomfy beds, filthy shower.

Beautiful building, great location. Room a little dated, but comfy and spacious.

Could be a little cleaner e.g. on top of cabinets or under the beds (we have children and they touch or go everywhere :-))

Lovely placeGreat locationGreat internetClean and comfortable facilitiesElegant styleCool self check-in without staff in the evening that feels like you have the hotel to yourself

Entered the dining room for the nice included breakfast right in the middle of the available time, but there wasn't any hot food left. I had to wait for a staff member to arrive and ask specifically. I'm all in favour of not wasting food, and appreciate getting freshly prepared food, but would have felt more welcoming if I didn't see empty serving trays, have to wait, and have to feel like I was inconveniencing someone to specifically cook 'extra' for us. Otherwise good food, nice area, and friendly staff, just a point that would have made a good stay better.

The hotel is in a nice location with place to park, although there isn't a lot of space and you can't reserve it.

The facilities weren't really clean and the beds weren't comfortable. Also, there was a foul, garbage smell coming from outside that rises inside through the windows. Also,

    Location, friendliness of staff

The restaurant was closed all month which would have been nice to know in advance. Upon arrival there was reconstruction which in the room our guest stayed was sadly very loud. But only on first day

Good breakfest, excelent location, easy self check-in (we arrived very late).Free parking. Good value.

The restaurant staff were very helpful, especially the manager. Luckily, there was a special party happening and they were in the restaurant after hours. Although my biggest issue was with parking, and that was because of the restaurant party, so maybe not. It was easy to find the hotel (with google maps) and the hotel sent a detailed map for parking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (not included) was delicious.

I didn’t realize the key fob opened the exterior door into the hotel, the waitstaff helped me with that. My biggest issue was that the bathroom was cramped- I had to open the shower doors to use the toilet so I didn’t hit my head in them when sitting (I recently hit my head on a number of very short door frames at an open air museum and didn’t want to do that again). Also, there was not a shelf or crevice or anything the put my shower items in, so I had to put them on the toilet- luckily it was very close! My traveling companions had a larger room (triple) and said their bathroom was much bigger, but still no shelf in the shower.
