Wellness Hotel ABÁCIE Nový Jičín

I always stayes at this hotel whenever I visit Novy Jocin. highly recommended

there are not many restaurants near by, but you can have nice food at the hotel.

We were staying at this hotel on our trip to Austria for one night and we loved it. Very good breakfast, nice room, and a safe parking place were everything that we wished for. Unfortunately, we didn't try wellness centre :(

Great hotel in close proxemity to city center, excellent personnel, very good breakfast.

It is a very very good hotel, nice, cosy atmosphere. Good location. I would visit it again.

the staff was not really helpful, either she did not care or did not speak English... I was asking about invoice - that was shared way upfront that I need one. Then on the spot I needed to ask 2 times. Finally I got not a complete invoice...I had to leave earlier than planned. I asked for the breakfast and there was no solution offered that I can pick something before the restaurant opened. These things could be improved - in spite of these I would visit it again.

Nice breakfast and gym.Calm and quiet surrounding however close to the city center.

Great hotel in good shape in all way. Room was nice, tidy and very clean. Good beds. Very friendly and professional staff, specially in restaurant, owner can be proud of his workers. Lots of parking places. Breakfast was good and fresh, there wasnt empty bowls even we went eat quite late. Pet friendly, and lots of green areas near to take dog walk. Quality portions also in restaurant.

Very nice breakfast. Super clean rooms which is important. Kind and helpful staff. Nicely decorated room.

The beds were very hard so we didn't get much sleep. Other than that we had no complaints.

The property was clean and calm. Parking was great.

There was no water kettel in the room. Breakfast could have more options especially for that price.

When we arrived there were nobody in the reception at 22:00 p.m. and finaly nobody comes. After few phone calls I could reach somobody who explain how to get in the rooms.Outside was 30 and there were room without airconditioner at the same time the hotel was empthy and there were awailable rooms with air conditioner.The breakfest was poor. For 2 adults and 3 childrens we could find only 3 crousans yes there were also eggs and other meal but crousans only 3 on five persons.

The experience was fantastic.The hote ambience was pretty.Staff helping,kind and politeRooms were bigger than expectation.Food was really awesome and there was variety in food.

Room & location was good, Staff was not speaking English much but they were helpful.

Almost no toiletries, place to keep heavy luggage was not there.

This was not my first stay in hotel Abácie. This is one of my favorite hotels in the area and it did not disappoint me this time. Everything was great.I stayed in a single.room this time.The wellness was good as always.

Breakfast was awful, not very much choice and coffee was terrible

The Chef should work in Michelin star restaurant, the food was incredible. Lovely staff so friendly. Hotel is exceptionally clean, loving the free parking and the fact that dogs are welcome, next time we will bring ours. Absolute top quality hotel, should be 5 star!

unfortunately leakage water on the floor in the restaurant during my stay, 3 meters from my table 20 minutes hoover noise while enjoying good food and nice service. I went in the room to take a nap after long trip, no air conditioning I call the reception and the problem was solved after, more or less, one hour. the receptionist was nice but no maintenance service was allowed to help her. After this problem a due (I believe) the water leakage in the restaurant, has been impossible to take a shower, no water at the beginning and when is arrived brown color, after one hour I call the receptionist again asking to go to the SPA (the SPA is not included in the fare) and she told to wait few minutes but half an hour later the water was still light brown and I call again the reception to have an ok to go to the SPA, the gentle woman in SPA doesn’t speak english but gave me soap…. At the end no customer satisfaction, no someone say something for what happened, no manager excuse, in my opinion the property should teach to the team different behaviour.

Always stay at this hotel when I am near Novy Jicin.Always good service with nice room. Restauramt is also good.
