Pros +
- Hotel Vsacan is great value for the money. Of course it is not the newest hotel, but that's something which I counted with, when booking and I have to say that I was even pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room as well as the very friendly receptionist. The free parking (CCTV) in front of the hotel is an additonal plus. I would definitely book hotel Vsacan again if I am in Vsetín.

- I got what I booked. It was clean and quiet.
Cons -
- Personal at check in did not speak any laguage despite their native when we arrived. We had made reservation and payed for it, but they did not check email even when we asked them to do so, because they did not have any info from superiore that payment is made.Worst, was that they tried to take our passports and hold on them as insurance as I suppose. This is act of personal data trespass. We waited one h in lobby to settle this with help of booking personel.
- Check in was complicated and onerous.

Check in was complicated and onerous.
Stayed one night visiting Velke Karlovice. Standard rooms, right the center. 1980 style, it reminds me of those times in many places in central Europe. Clean and basic. No breakfast but cafe's just nearby, open early.. For the low price paid, rxcell e t value for money
The building doesnt look so good from the outside. But in the room surprise is waitting. Very clean, spacious, renovated bathroom. You can live like a king.
