Big room. Large bed. Clean.

Outdated facility. No air conditioning.

We stayed just for an overnight during a trip to home (Netherlands) so we and the kids can rest and sleep a bit midway.- Clean and spacious room- Breakfast was really delicious and available till 11!- Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful!- Parking and 2x Electric car chargersMy daughter was so excited to watch the train station from the room windowWe certainly would consider staying over again.

Nothing really.... The only comment is that the description of the parking and the electric car charging is very unclear on Booking.com. I understood that the parking and charging situation is far away from the hotel but it was actually a nice indoor parking underneath the building with enough spots.

Good location, in front of the train station.

- Expensive.- Breakfast was OK but I expected more (specially in relation to the price paid).- Staff was OK, but could be more helpful (train was cut due to some works on the railwails anda nobody knows where the buses stopped and just said "I don´t know").

Our bedroom was on the fourth floor with a balcony and fitted out for disabled persons. This suited us perfectly as we were both octogenarians. The lift to all floors was modern and quick. The white linen was perfect.

The communial area was on the ground floor level and not used, preferably it would and could be on the same level as the dining area

excellent location. quiet and clean room. surprised with the sauna and relaxation facilities.

the wifi did not work in the lobby. I would wish to have a bath in the room too.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Parking facilities are good.

On the side to the station, it can be noisy if you open the windows. If the windows are closed, it's no problem, but then the air in the room during night is really dry.

It’s located next to train station in city center, so it’s close to many good places to visit - Christmas (event) market, shops, restaurants, etc…Enough space for room and bathroom, clean, candy’s on the bed and enough cosmetic on the bed, library on the floor.I really liked that breakfast was so variousCoffee was not so good but ok for machine coffee…

I didn’t like smell on the floor of reception and stairs, it’s not good to feel smells from restaurant (cafe) and it was not a good smell… Also I really didn’t like that in the room was just bar and no water for guests, honestly speaking it’s first time in my life. Also parking is strange - doest have detour around to go out.And in the room time to time was hearing sound of vibration…

They still ask for wearing mouth masks, even though the country doesnt anymore, and were very demanding in that request. That the staff still has to wear them thats their choice, but to be it mandatory for customers is not very customer friendly!!

I had asked for a quiet room, and received straight away the return-email, as often with Booking.com: that my special request was possible and at no extra charge. Upon check in, I received a hotelroom at the front which is right opposite the Train station, so I asked for a Quiet room, as that could not be a quiet room. Then I was told I have to pay extra to get a room at the back. I did not do this, as I wanted to check my e-mail if I had understood this well, and sent an e-mail on which they did not come back. At 4am I was awoken by a really enormous noise, which continues every 15 Minutes : the passing trains, as they did not seem to stop at the station. With that noise I could not sleep any more.
