Staff was really friendly and informative! Room was great.

The location was fantastic! We aksed for a room close to the ground floor and was given a room that actually was more like a one bedroom apartment minus the kitchen. It was perfect for us because we were traveling with our dog. Many thanks to the managment that helped us out with that request and they let us check in early! It was clean with TVs in the bedroom and small living room area. We would stay here again if we visit.

The breakfast buffet was not worth 15 euro a person in my opinion. There were no hot food items offered with only a machine to boil raw eggs which were provided. It's more like a continental style breakfast with limited options rather than a buffet.

It was close to the bike trail along the canal and off the main road. There was a safe place to keep our two bikes. The main pedestrian area is within an easy walk. There was a room was comfortable. The town has the best services along the bike route between Strasbourg and Nancy so if you are headed to Nancy stock up here. Quiet.

The breakfast wasn't worth 16 euros per person. I ended up with butter toast and a half cup of “café au lait” served by the staff in a mini, overly microwaved cup.

Nice C19th style central hotel, near to the station and the main streets and sights of Saverne (Chateau Rohan, Canal port), no hotel parking, but a parking area just across the street which is free outside working hours. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Saverne a good spot for stopping off the A4 Autoroute, only a couple of miles off, with good shops and a range of restaurants around the canal.

Breakfast felt a little expensive at 15 Euros per head - breakfast room nice, and staff very helpful, but it's a fairly standard continental breakfast.

Old-fashioned style hotel close to the city centre. Comfortable, clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Easy parking in front of the building. I particularly liked the friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

Beautiful old property in Saverne. Very close to everything. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble.

Lack of air conditioning in public areas. The a/c in the room was good.

Parking wasn't too far away, but far enough. Lift's a bit small but then it's an older building.

Garage parking quite difficult. Probably easier to park on the street. Bedroom quite cramped, also the bathroom.

Pretty place to stay a night. Easy to reach from the highway. The staff is very friendly. Public parking across the street is free in the evenings and Sunday. A free parking is nearby. Plenty of places to go for a drink.

Hotel EUROPE has no restaurant and due to holiday season it was not possible to find space in a restaurant in Saverne. (But there is a supermarket downtown which saved us from starving ;-)) ... Advice: make a restaurant reservation in advance.

lovely old building full of character, staff young but other than that the same! room very comfy, bed spectacular, breakfast - biggest selection ever, can’t fault the place.

lift can only fit one plus a suitcase. but that was OK, my wife doesn’t take lifts!

Tried to charge tablets/phones overnight but failed. Discovered in morning that the plug beside the bed was only charging if the main light in the room was on, which of course it wasn't overnight. Other power points would have been OK but......

Very clean 3 star hotel, helpful professional team, good for a stay overnight.

The room was larger than expected and very nicely laid out. We liked that we could open the windows for fresh air. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was friendly and efficient. Their COVID protocols were excellent.

Parking was a challenge as we had to find parking space on the street, however, the hotel staff was helpful in this regard.
