I left a USB phone charger 1 year before and asked them to hold it for me. One year later they were able to give it back. Very impressive.

The location is nice.

The bed wasn't comfortable,the smell from the bathroom it quite obvious and disturbing.I wouldn't say that the room is a 4 ☆ hotel room.I wouldn't come back.

The location and building.

The staff weren’t very service-minded nor helpful. There was no AC and opening the window for a couple of minutes caused a storm of mosquitoes and flies taking camp in the room.

Good beds, nice location with great trails

Dirty rooms, like dirt on the floor at the beds, spider webs in the corners and door openings, what looks like to be human fecies on the wall at the toilet?. No "how was your stay" or any Comment on the things when we left. We where talking about staying a extra night to relax but went home after the 1. Night.

Location and Hotel as such was nice

The hotel was booked with a wedding with massive noise hence we was not able to sleep before late. Very disappointing that we were not informed during booking or via personnel.

They don’t clean the rooms. This is an hotel. They said we had to hang the Clean Me banner at the door. But they never advised us of this during the check in. So our room stayed uncleaned although we paid fully for the room. This is a ridiculous service approach which does not care about the customer.

Nice location in forest.

At the beginning of June the room was very warm with no air conditioning. Would have been ok if we could open the window only ours turned out to be broken and wouldn’t open. We had to spent time while waiting to see if it could be fixed and eventually moving rooms. Although the hotel is in a forest many rooms overlook the car park. Reception was very busy due to an event when we arrived. Not the peaceful forest stay we hoped for.

Great breakfast and great location, not far from golf course. Calm and clean.

The entire area had such a calming effect and the bed was super soft. Just what the doctor prescribed!!! It was for an event, the guests were super nice and friendly...

Was really looking forward to the ginger shot from my experience at Freigest Göttingen and the standard wasn't the same. I was disappointed, but other than that, it was an amazing breakfast

Location is unique. Secluded from the city in a green neighborhood. Friendly staff.Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast could have been slightly better if it had a wider range of cereals. Quite pricey for what you got.

Architecture and design

Staff in restaurant was very friendly, some small mishaps due to lack of training.

Breakfast was OK but they didn't top anything up so once the croissants were gone they were gone and the same with the bread etc. No cooked options that I knew of.

We always enjoy coming back to this hotel. The room was large enough for 2 people and our big dog. A dog bed, treats and bowl were provided for the dog- fantastic! The desk is big enough for serious working. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were impeccably clean (one of my pet peeves). The area around the hotel is beautiful, with walking paths through the forest. The restaurant dinner was delicious and the breakfast is worthy of a 5-star hotel. The products are local and ecological. Last but not least, there are now 4 charging stations for electric cars! We were able to start our voyage the next morning fully charged.

The reception staff were excellent (even those on the night shift - when I arrived very late in the evening). The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I only wish I was able to have stayed longer.

Everything was OK. The hotel wasn't cheap (but I felt the quality was appropriate for the price I payed).

Great location, clean room and modern eoom

Breakfast was all gone within 1 hout brcause there was a large conpany group. Only 1 person workung the breakfast buffet, so we basically paid for no breakfast

Perfect setting with the restaurant facing the woods and the small lake and nice furniture. Good breakfast og professional staff.

I liked everything. Maybe the pillows in the beds could be a little more soft.
