    Pros +

    • Great location, busy but rooms comofortable and quiet
    • Beautiful building and surroundings
    • room number 06 is excellent, with the parking of our car just in front of the room. There are small thing not so good. Bed lamps shine only to the sealing or in your face. You cannot read a book. There is no working light above the table, You cannot do your business administration, to less illumination . The shaving mirror, in the bathroom is useless. Fix it to the wall and the problem is solved.

    Cons -

    • All good
    • Bathroom not clean, glass door had dirty fingerprints on it. No water bottles in the room which would have been nice and we could not open the windows. After breakfast we were asked to move to the bar area, where we asked for another coffee, the girl that helped us didn’t know what café latte was, (which is on the coffee machine as option) she told my friend they didn’t have oatmeal while my friend got it 10 minutes earlier at breakfast from her colleague, (the oatmeal pack was visible at the bar next to the coffee machine). Then the girl said café latte was Café macchiato and then served me a black coffee. Then she became annoyed and served me a macchiato instead of a latte. Bit strange for a 4 star hotel. And if someone doesn’t know the drinks, not a big deal but this lady was annoyed from the first contact which did not feel welcome at all. Not 4 stars worthy

Perfect breakfast, nice location, clean room!

    Below expectations

They gave us a room in the cellar. Room was clean but very small. We arrived at 10pm after a long day of driving and the hotel couldn’t serve any food neither room service!!! Also the bar closes at 10.30. Staff was not helpful at all . I noticed some pies in a fridge and asked if we could have that, “that’s fine” was the answer… for a big hotel at this price level you expect a late kitchen service and including room service options like a late night burger, a muffin, a quick sandwich. Many people arrived after us with the same request… all disappointed.Breakfast was big but no staff to maintain the food. eggs were dry bacon was overcooked, cutlery was out.

Wonderful staff, good location for shopping, and close to the wellness spa - the daily cleaning is a huge plus

Parking is a bit far away from the hotel, and not so pleasant in the rain

The building is gorgeous and good location.

Rooms need a little refreshment (damage on the bed head). A bit pricey for what you get. Also, one breakfast staff made fun of me when I ask for real butter while she kept pointing at the processed margarine like I was a stupid person. No problem if you dont have butter, but don't be rude about it.

Nice design, very clean and comfortable.

Nothing to mention here. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is modern and truly beautiful. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, and I would also recommend having a dinner there.

Staff at the reception could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The location next to the visitors center of the National Park is great. Beautiful gardens in the front which will be blooming in Spring/Summer. Beautiful building.

The list is too long to mention everything here. It started with check in. The girl was clearly overstressed and unfriendly. We asked when we booked for a room with twin beds or at least separate duvets. The room key didn't work. Room turned out to have a king bed. Second room the same. Other guest received a free cocktail, we didn't. With the beautiful weather outside the terrace was packed. When a table of 6 left we took the spot. We sat there for half an hour and every time the waitress said she was coming. She didn't clean the table which was packed with plates and glasses. After half an hour we left, still hadn't been able to order. No manager on duty. It seemed that everyone in the hotel was overstressed. In our room (221) at night we could hear the noises from the kitchen below. Dinner was also disappointing. My amuse as a vegetarian was just a few small tomatoes with some wasabi. The avocado/courgette/asperges dish looked beautiful but had not much taste, the runderstoof was delicious. We ordered focaccia but was forgotten. Limburgse kaasplank was not so Limburgs, we recognized three of the cheeses from outside Limburg. Also the cheeses were not explained to us. Out of the 5 cheeses, 3 were blue cheese. Didn't come with crackers or so. At the end we did not have to pay for the water and a glass of wine and the parking Other girl at Front desk said Manager would send us an email the next day, nothing received. . We did not feel like we were valued guests.

Very nice location and a beautiful building.

One suggestion with the roadworks, is to improve the signage to the hotel parking. Currently very easy to miss, because it’s crossed out.

The bathrooms #309 # 311 are next to each other. Particular to hear your neighbour having his shower in the morning… No more lights in the evening on the way from the parking to the main entrance.

I booked this stay for my parents' anniversary. They decorated the room and they were very helpful. They enjoyed their stay a lot!

The location is perfect between the village, the thermes and the parc. The building is really charming but clean and modern nevertheless. The people are helpful

    1) You should pay for the parking while lot of parking in the neighborhood ar free.2) The restaurant is a bit disappointing for the service (don't forget to smile) and the wine matching. Not so far from a real gastronomy restaurant

    Poor

Breakfast was very bad : understaffed, crowded, too few tables, too few refills, therefor there was little food (at 9:00).
