Liro Hotel Viersen

Location OK, not far from autobahn so OK for a night stop. New place, recently refurbished. Good shower. Nice kitchen and bed. Own parking area behind the property. No parking fee.

Noise and chain smoking neighbors right outside my front door. Staaf on the phone could use a course in customer friendliness (they have to go abroad, no such courses exist in Germany.)

This place is exactly like the pictures. We took 3 bedroom apartment which has 3 bedrooms (1 with attached bathroom), a kitchen and another bathroom. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment. It is renovated and everything seems new. The smell of the bedsheets was fresh too, bathrooms very modern. Everything was amazing. The area around it is very peaceful and nice too.

Although it was super clean, the toilet required a little extra cleaning (inside the chair) but flushing did the job.

The room was cold. It was snowing outside and the window was open when I arrived. The head of the bed was right next to the door to the room which opened onto the staircase. As other guests passed through late at night or VERY early in the morning, there was not much chance to get a good night's sleep. However, that may just have been my room.The neighbours with children in the adjoining part of the house were very noisy, shouting, well into the night.

Very nice appartement with 3 bedrooms. Everything we needed was provided in the accomodation. The private parking space is very good. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a seperate bathroom was very nice with our family of 6. Also some bottles of water was complementary.

The stair in the hallway was verry noisy. Also the bathrooms did not have verry good ventilation (exhaust).

The room itself was spacious and looked esthectically pleasing. The room was located on the first floor on the streetside.

Upon opening the bathroom door, it seemed infested by wasps. I closed the door immediately and stayed in my room. I was terrified to go into the bathroom. In the morning I counted more than 25 dead wasps on the bathroom floor. I wasnt able to use the facilites. There was no staff available or number to call, only in the morning a housekeeper appeared who seemed to mean well, but didn't speak German nor English.

NO AIRCO (not even a fan) en very noisy from the street, we didn't really sleep.

Spacious, clean and excellent amenities,including tea, coffee and water on arrival.

No blind on window, although there were black out curtains .

New, perfectly equipped room. Stable and fast wifi. Power sockets next to the bed.

There was no breakfast available here. The location was not great area a bit rundown.

The area but for one night it was ok.

Very clean, cost effective hotel. We stayed in a 3 person room (Room 10). it had a double bed plus single bed and smart TV in a separate room. Access via electronic keypad, no keys required.The living room had kitchen facilities (oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer), sufficient for preparing ready meals etc, there is a small seating area (4 chairs and table) plus smart TV. Excellent wi-fi.The bathroom is well appointed with an excellent shower.Free onsite parking is available for about 10 vehicles, mainly used by visiting contractors during our stay. Laundry facilities are available. The room was cleaned every day – the cleaner was very friendly.It is conveniently located with a Netto store and pizza shop within 2 minutes walking distance.

No sofa in the living area (but table and chairs is an adequate compromise). The toilet is a tight squeeze when sitting down.The curtains in our room need replacing, they are thin and only JUST cover the window (with gaps at the edge). Our room is on the ground floor. Other guests would congregate outside our window (sometimes sitting on the window ledge), smoking and chatting (even though there is a dedicated space outside for that).

Maid was highly attentive, EXCELLENT service.Shower was really lovely and powerful.Everything you'd hope for was provided in the room/apartment. Facilities are spot on in the mini kitchenette.We were lucky to have shutters however this wasn't the case for all rooms.Easy access to local shop which has a lovely bakery inside

The parking was problematic as this hotel is predominantly used by contractor workmen with huge vans. Neighbours/other hotel guests can be very noisy and the general area itself is quite noisy.We visited during a heatwave, the room became really hot very quickly.

Daily room service. Extremely clean. Recently renovated. Fresh Bedding and Towels. Quality mattress slept like a baby.

WC is small but enough.

We were very impressed with how big our room was and the amenities that it had. The hotel was very clean and we appreciated the free parking lot.

Clean and newly renovated room

Towels looked and felt old. Towels on 2nd nigh smelled of body odour mixed with detergent. The washing machine used to wash them likely needs a filter clean.

Everything was clean, as much as possible. We had our own microwave, that's a big plus.

First off all, the price is really high for this type of a hotel room (94euro)The shower gel bottle was empty in the shower.Loud neighbors from upstairs room, right above our room, they was jumping and screaming from time to time at night. Also loud neighbors from the building next to the hotel. Someone was listening music till 01:00 at night. So if you are from a long way than there is no possible chance for you to have shower and peaceful night.

Very Clean room and great new facilities. Comfortable.

The neighbourhood is kinda dodgy, I was approched by group of people trying to rob me outside at 20h while having a smoke the only available area (front door). Fortunately I had my valuables in the room and only the smokes with me or it would have gone very wrong. Please consider moving the smoking area to the back side of the building. Since there is no reception there was no one around to deter the poor intented people.
