No 24/7 reception service available / No cleaning of the room during the stay / Room was not well enlightened

It is close to restaurants , shops and the train. Very clean and felt safe. Underground parking available. Breakfast was good. If you are not from the EU, make sure you take Euros. Some restaurants in town only take cash.

No air conditioning.

Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms have all the features you need and the breakfast is good.

Location, the atmosphere in the hotel itself, clean room

The reception closes a bit early (19h). Given current delays when arriving by train or S bahn this might make the arrival somewhat uneasy.

Location is excellent, close to everything, easy to walk through downtown on foot. The breakfast is very good - lots of selection, superior quality. The rooms are very comfortable and designed with thoughtful and efficient features.

A charging outlet for mobile phones closer to the bed (bedside table) would be nice. The available electrical outlets are under the desk.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding.

Slow elevator

The hotel is right at the city centre, two minute walk from the train station, and if you come by car, sufficient parking in andaround the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and clean, their rooms are fairly standard, and the bathroom might need bit of a makeover, but overall everything is fine. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and everything seemed fresh and tasty.

Nothing in particular, as long as you don’t expect a five star experience

Room was squeaking clean. Super friendly personnel. Room had this feeling of brand new and unblemished. Location is super next to restaurants and very centraly located.

Wifi speed can be improved. Spring Box beds csn use better mattress. Pillows are to fluffy for my taste but this is subjective.

It was hot in the evening, there was no air condition.

Reception closed early, we got the keys from the key-safe. Contact was perfect. Nice breakfast, very central location. Nice touch: Apples at the reception available.

Room was large and the hotel had a high level of cleanliness.

Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with no warm food options despite having three hotplates.

The check in after regular reception hours was very convenient and very easy to use. The location is near the train station and in the old town placing the hotel in a walking distance of every important landmark.

I personally didn’t like the one small and flimsy pillow. The pillow case was twice as big as the pillow itself.

Modern building, but so integrated into the surroundings that the neighbors did not know a hotel was there.

Nice room with open outlook

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a machine in the dining area but it was never explained if tea and coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours was free or not.

We liked breakfast, the bed, the bathroom, the natural light, the mini fridge, our desk, how nice the staff are. We made ourselves right at home. We originally chose to stay at this hotel for its location near the train station.

It was very warm when we stayed and our room was hot. It couldn't really be helped. If the hotel had air conditioning it would have been a perfect 10/10!

Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable room. Restaurant White Lamb within walking distance (very close). Close to quaint town and shops. Parking in underground car park adjacent to hotel at a reduced rate (ticket validated at reception) Opposite train station so if staying for longer could go on a train trip to other towns.

Hotel was 'shut' on Sunday after 3pm so check in was by accessing safe on outside wall and letting yourself in. Nonetheless this went smoothly. This also meant no restaurant food in hotel, but restaurant nearby.

Superb hotel, clean, modern, new. The bedroom was much larger than I expected with a propoer work desk area and large bathroom with shower over bath.THe bed was comfortable and the room cosy despite its size. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I did not eat or have breakfast so I cannot comment.The hotel is situated very close to the centre of town - a short walk.

Comfortable rooms (as pictured on the website), excellent breakfast buffet and well located in a charming city across from the train station and in the downtown area, close to shopping, the market, dining and pubs. Easy to access by train or by car. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer.

While there is more than enough task lighting (bathroom, desk, bedside, by the door), the rooms could use an overhead light or a brighter LED lamp for optional general lighting at night time. However, this is a small point that would not stop me from staying there again.
