- Communication with different staff was not always clear, especially when it came to charges in the hotel. There were issues with our room key almost every time we tried to open the door.
- The service was terrible, they were not kind. BEWARE The photos are deceiving- pool is not equipped to be used- the shower was not working- toilet was leaking- air conditioning ridiculously loud- floors were dirty and broken at entrance, not safe to walk barefoot at night- the bed was hard and caused us back/ neck problems- pillows were flat and supplied no support- there are no bus shuttles to assist you to the airport.
- Changed the room 4 times, even onto different floors, gave up looking for a working wifi connection next.Breakfast has become really poor, really low on Turkish standards. Even the oranges have gone missing as it is impossible to get a plain orange juice.Used to stay at the same place in the past, it was amazing but it's lost a lot its potential.

Room need renovation poor breakfast.When i made check out they try to charge me about 200 Turkish Lira more, why because when i made the rezervation 1 week before Euro was 19TL and in that day was 13TL. In the and i pay them in Euro case is close?P,. SMY REZERVATION WAS IN € 42.50
