- The hotel staff took my car when we arrived to park it at the nearby car parkWhen I left the hotel next day i found out that he damage it from the back with taillight broken unfortunately I was far away when I found out so I couldn't do anythingNow i have to pay around £800 for the rental company to cover the car damage access. It was very clear that he knew it was damage and didn't not report it to the hotel managementVery disappointed

A beautiful well situated hotel centrally located. On our arrival we were offered Turkish coffee by the lovely lady at reception. So welcoming! She was also so helpful in arranging for a taxi the next morning. Her English was excellent! Our Turkish very poor unfortunately! The rest of the staff were very kind as well.We stayed in the suite with a bath which was so lovely to relax in after our long train ride from Samsun. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both times the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you Sultan Hotel!
Everything was excellent! Very good room and tasty breakfast! Especially thanks to hotel's personal for parking place!
