staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was quite and comfortable with secure free parking and close to main routes in area. We have stayed at this hotel before but only overnighted.

the hotel was as expected

Our room around the rear of the hotel was adequately comfortable and reasonably quiet, even though close to the main road. Mattress was definitely getting to end of life but not too unbearable for a 4 night stay. Staff very friendly. No problem. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment. Liked the relative safety of courtyard well lit overnight parking.

A new mattress would be good !

Location was OK. It was in the area I wanted.

No hot food available on arrival. Broken cooker? No hand towels. No shampoo in the shower.

The receptionist was very helpful & went to some lenghts to find us a room with single beds.

I had a pleasure of staying in Casa Dei Cento Scalini last week. It was a beautiful experience. The house is in the perfect location right between the beach and the village. The view is spectacular ! The hostess lady / owner was very welcoming indeed and had drinks and tapas ready for us which was a lovely classy and warm welcoming . It certainly put you in the right mood to enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Panarea . We had everthing we needed .

In a bathroom for the disabled the safety handle for the toilet was not sited well so was impossible to use. Made life difficult when using the toilet.

Ideal for cyclists

Wet room style shower (no screen) so whole floor stayed wet for ages.

The rooms were quite clean and the surrounding was was also good. The staff was helpful, The breakfast has lot of variety which make us choose the best we want.

The location of the property could be more closer towards the city area. The hotel restaurants do not have an option for the late check in travelers, so have to find drive few kilometer for food. There was no lock to the bathroom doors, which is uncomfortable while staying with family.

Friendly staff

Noise all night, a boiler or something resetting itself every 5 minutes. Told the staff in the morning and they said sorry we already know as other people had mentioned it. The bed was uncomfortable as it dipped in the middle and you had to sleep on the very edge. Room 24

Nothing why do you include this excuse for a hotel in your listing

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned properly the toilet had not even been flushed. No security in car park camera's ect. They did not even close the gate at night and had no night staff. A large group arrived 70 plus and they left early in the morning 6am with all the noise that goes with it.

we were passing through and needed somewhere to stay. this place popped up in booking.com. we booked it for one night. I’ve stayed in some pretty outstanding 5 star hotels and hand in heart, this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. it was immaculately presented. We don’t speak much French and a lot of the places we’ve stayed at during this road trip have not been very accommodating for the English. The reception host was very helpful, spoke great English and was very very pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful and well presented with a good choice (even for children). Would 100% recommend this hotel. we were made to feel welcome. ❤️

Excellent location on our drive back to Cherbourg. Good value for money and the breakfast is very good.
