Pros +
- - Clean, friendly staff- decent size room- reasonably close to both Myra and Andriake (30 min walking to Mira, 1 hr walking to Andriake)- plates and some kitchenware available on request
- Nice location of the hotel, clean room and possibility to check in in night time.Friendly staff on reception.
- A value for money hotel in Demre. The host is very friendly and welcoming.
Cons -
- - Noisy. The hotel is close to the intersection of the main road and the main street of Demre. So there is a lot of traffic noise day and night, even through the closed window. Ok for 2 days (if you are not too sensitive to it like me) but if you want a reasonably quiet place, think about alternatives.- would be good to have an electric kettle in the room
- * No hot water at all in the shower and nasty smell* No cups in the room* Pillows in the bed really hard like a brick* Room is very old fashioned* Air conditioner is old and noizy* Price per night is high for provided conditions and services
- The bathroom could use of some renovation to meet more modern standards.

Reasonably quiet, 10 min to the bus station, very helpful owner, comfortable bed, best price in town at the time of booking.
Breakfast could use some variety and meat calories.
