Comfortable bed, nice environment, very clean & I felt safe inside the hotel & in my room! The bathroom was amazing & the shower was great!

Very clean, huge room, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful staff.

Breakfast was good

Room was super small, the double bed was very narrow, about 1.5 meters only. Loud Air conditioner. Loud construction starting from 10 AM! The room was not clean, hair and stains on the floor. This hotel used to be good.....

It was convenient for the bus station, there was an extensive breakfast. Staff were helpful and offered glasses of tea when we needed somewhere to sit when our bus was csncelled

Hot water was not very hot

Parking place was pretty big. Breakfast was ok.

The bathroom sink was leaking and flooding the floor. The shower switcher was also heavily leaking. The bathroom was not clean, full of stains, and 1 big towel was missing as well. Problem with bedroom lights, floor was not clean, bedsheet with massive stains. Even though we paid for a standard double room, we got an "economy" with no balcony and the worst view to the side of the building with a view of a bus station full of garbage! Even the hotel was only 1% booked, still the worst room was given. 7th floor.

Stayed for one night before crossing the border to Georgia. Location is good, right next to a very good restaurant for dinner and also the coach station to get to Georgia or other places in Turkey. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, very good shower and lovely view over the black sea. Good wifi.

The room overall was fine. small little balcony, comfortable bed, aircon desk. The breakfast was not too bad (except no real coffee)

The shower was missing one door of the two and it was not cleaned well at all. Lots of build up on the glass. The location is a 10-15 mins walk from the center of Hopa and there is a factory behind the hotel. Hopa is an industrial town. Lack of real coffee at breakfast sigh!

Room size and location were very good. I also liked the quietness of the room I got. There was also a very good restaurant next door. And walking to the city center was convenient. This hotel deserved a longer stay.

Elevator and construction work issues.

First of all, the staff is amazing! Very attentive to your needs and sincerely friendly. The room was very clean with new furniture, very cozy and comfortable to live.

Wi-Fi was good, also great view from the room, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff and reception were friendly.

The room smelled of cigarettes. Poorly cleaned shower - dirty shelf, stains, thick layer of dust, stained paper holder.The handle on the window is broken; the window does not close tightly. There was a disco and it was noisy in the room.Breakfast is very tasteless. No coffee, only powdered coffee. Even for an additional fee they could not make a cappuccino. There is no pastry. Eggs are only boiled. Omelette and fried egg are not made. The owner does not invest money in the hotel, but only squeezes all the juice out of it.

Staff very friendly, room spacious and appeared clean.

Wi-Fi absolutely terrible, didn't work at all in my room apart from a tiny corner near the door. My room also had a problem with cockroaches and the aircon didn't work. Breakfast the worst I've had at a hotel in Turkey.

Good location if using Batumi-Sarp-Hopa bus connections. Good breakfast.

Old fashioned lift. Room was on sixth floor.

Pretty clean rooms and simple breakfast

There is a night club nearby and you can hear theirs music, pretty load due to closer road. Staff can use your personal data, such as phone number

The hotel was newly refurbished, clean and comfortable.

The staff at the reception was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about facilities in the hotel. Luckily the bell boy was a bit more friendly and was helpful.

Only 1 minute walk from Bus Station. Staff are all courteous and helpful. Air-conditioning, TV, Fridge, and good WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Best and fresh bagget (French Stick Bread) in Turkey.

Very nice, clean hotel in hopa, employees are nice and friendly.Room was big and clean, it was very convenient for me. Breakfast is also generous. They also made me a sandwich at night even though the restaurant was closed, it was a nice gesture, I appreciate it .
