Very polite staff, ready to help. Good looking facilities.

Breakfast low level. New forks and spoons needed

Plenty of parking on the hotel grounds.

The service in the restaurant was fast but not friendly. Did not feel comfortable eating with the staff looking at me all the time. Other customers also ate fast and left immediately. Bar was empty and brightly lit so I did not go there.

Breakfast buffet had limited choice, i expected more for a 4 star. Very generous new year's eve package. Room was very large and clean with balcony facing the pool.

Waiters were hurried and thought they had preference. Otherwise the service was very good and most were friendlier.

We run in a period that the hotel was probably in full capacity so in the breakfast area we couldn’t find a seat.

Amazing from the start …..the food,the rooms and the amenities were top notch.Athina the receptionist was friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful …..we had all in all a great time !We shall be back

We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect and there is free parking available. Only a few minutes drive from Drama, town centre. The hotel also has a very good restaurant and bar with very reasonable prices and friendly waiters .We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Drama.

The hotel is situated outside the town in a comfortable environment, far from the noise . Beautiful swimming pool and garden. Spacious rooms and good service!

Big room,but abit old, although perfect if you only need a night sleep or you want to be out of the centre..Breakfast was great,big variety

The staff tried to accommodate us as best as they could with somewhat limited English. It was cleaner than most stays we had in Greece. The pool area is nice and my kids liked their food and breakfast.

We had ants in our bed, they cleaned it and the next night was better. The elevator would sometimes not open on the ground floor.

- The Fitness room had one machine for weights and was broken, no free weights - it had a horrible smell as well - the air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep- price was for the Qualität of the broken door, loud air conditioner and a not existing gym... Cannot recommend

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. They had a cute little dog named Ruby.

The room was for myself and my cousin. I wish they had full-sized beds instead of twin since we are big guys. The pool is under construction, but we wouldn't have used it anyway since it rained every day of our stay.

From arrival you were made to feel that you were a VIP. The happy and cheerful Stavros (Reception) and Mykos (Head Waiter) ensured that you had excellent personal service from them and all the other wonderful always smiling happy staff. Real 5 star service with large very comfortable bedroom, excellent food and wonderful enormous swimming pool. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The Kouros and its staff are to be congratulated in providing a real Paradise Oasis where one can fully relax and enjoy oneself. We look forward to our next visit.

With the Kouros and its staff there is NOTHING that you can not like!

Gym was practically abandoned with poor ventilation and several non-maintained / non-operational machines.Hotel needs a renovation

Hotel has swimming pool which we did not use.

Breakfast was the least attractive one in our 11 days trip in Greece :( The 'Orange juice' was kind of yellow water! Really a shame! No vegetables served. Coffee from kind of vending machine.

The breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating and nice.

The two twin beds were not comfortable. The pool was nice but crowded with a large group of children from a school so I never got to use it.
