- The DJ in the bar was a good touch
- Was nice overall. Didn't have the opportunity to dine there, so i can not comment on their food. Loved all else
- The hotel facilities are excellent, including lobby, common areas, pool and rooms

- None
- The staff is not providing service as it should be in 5 starts hotel. It is not personal at all. I would expect as well to have a service in the pool. For the location - hotel could organize at least a regular hotel mini bus service to the center
- The hotel would be perfect if it was closer to the beach and downtown. Having said that, I was fully aware that the hotel was not near the beach. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach every half hour.
