The room was very spacious , bed very big and comfortable, bathtube with hidromasaj very relaxing.

Spa was just ok , quite limited with options and access.Breakfast buffet was ok but not so much diversity

Excellent location just off the motorway. Rooms were good and the air con was efficient.Breakfast was good .

They didn’t have a restaurant.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The EV charger in front is great.

There seemed to be some executives having affair sports in the rooms for short durations.

The staff make you feel so welcoming everyday they have a small complement more than a curtesy. I can refer to both sisters that are in the reception. they are always smiling and giving you a warm welcoming

That the spa was out of order, and dinners where not available so I have to search for dinner.

No restaurant or cafe as such. Hotel that big should have catering, not a sandwich in a fridge or a coffee machine.

Clean, with good sized rooms, great secure parking at only 3€ extra.

Firstly, we arrived on a Sunday, where the nearest open restaurant was at least 5 km away. Same distance for a true store. Given the above, we really feel the room should have included a fridge: there was a space allotted for this, but no fridge in that space.

It's a very convenient accomodation for travelers on the highway A7. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast

Receptionist was very helpful and nice - pool was nice and clean water was just the right temp - parking good for motorcycles under the hotel - breakfast lady was nice cooked omelettes to order

Good location for our needs. Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking. Good breakfast.

Outdoor pool was being refurbished so couldn't be used ( weren't advised of this when booked in). No bar/cafe ... Not a problem as there is a great bar across the road, but would have been nice to stay in the hotel if there was a bar. Spa - couldn't use the full facilities, but when available it will be excellent.

The Spa is poor, Sauna not hot enough. Showers to hot with no possibility to adjust.

Staff and rooms are fantastic

The room was clean but not to my own personal standards. Dead flies on the window ledge. Used the spa pool once which was ok but jaccuzis not in operation and the whole spa area was not very clean. Breakfast was very good and good value for money.

The hotel room I had was a bit dated and could have done with a refurbishment. Bedside tables and the main desk had cigarette burns on them which must have been there for a number of years.

The room was large and had a good bathroom. Had a TV and could borrow DVDs. The breakfast was great The staff were nice and helpful and let me make a tea in the breakfast area. Also had lamps which is good and a large bed. Had a nice outside space for summer. Good price.

No kettle in room so had to ask about getting tea. Worst thing was the restaurant was closed, the nearby hotel's restaurant was closed and a nearby bar was closed ( Easter Sunday) so could not get any dinner. The staff tried to help me get a delivery as the app would not work but did not see it through so after 4 hours trying I got nothing. There is a garage nearby for crisps and snacks but otherwise it is in an industrial area one hour walk from Totana. The spa was nice but sauna and steam room were not working well, I think you had to ask to have it on and I did not understand this. Did not enjoy my stay due to dinner issue.

Good value for money. Spa area wasnt top of the line but had a steam room, jacuzzi and suana. Did the job. Big rooms.
