Wery good and clean hotel with friendly english speaking staff.

Very friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, all facilities. We was at World Championship to trout fishing with artificial baits, it is our lucky hotel - our team from Bulgaria win 3 place and bronze medals.

Thehotel has a good environment,good hygiene, good service anofriendly attitude of theadministrator.

Nice place to stay, good value for money. Room was clean and well equipped, even for a longer stay. I would stay there again.

The location was great - in the middle of town. The staff was very polite and useful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and large. As a surprise gift, we received an upgrade to a VIP room, which made us feel exceptional. Quiet music in the hall was great addition and made us feel like on holidays.

The room was small, and the TV was too high. We stayed on the last floor, which the lift did not reach, so we had to walk one floor up on foot but we had choice to do it so it was not a major issue. The reception staff was available only from 13.00 till 23.00, which was a little bit odd as the staff in hotels is usually 24 hours.

Please check the bottom bed, at room 32..not good the support... Please next quest to avoid the accident.. Check the bed... Thank you very much ?

Good facilities ?

Very good value per price paid, it was clean and big, the kitchen was very helpful since we were travelling as a family.It might look sketchy from the outside when you arrive but the rooms are pretty nice.

Staff was great especially Marek who was also assisting us last year . The VIP room was great . Perfect for the Family . Great views ?.

Not so safe neighbourhood- one lad was walking two pitbull dogs untied, my kids jumped into the car quickly once we noticed the threat.

Nice, clean room, big parking oposite the hotel, Superb quality to price ratio. Highly recomended.

Very friendly staff.

The smell of cigarette smoke was especially felt in the bathroom, although the rooms are non-smoking. You can hear people talking in the corridor quite well.

I should recommend to change or revise the option of the rooms. When initialy one chooses the room , example in my case, 3 people/3 beds , at a price , you would be surprise to find out at the final step of the booking that there are allowed 2 people, not 3, even if there are 3 beds. you should pay extra for one person. if one is not paying attention , as happened to me, one would have encounter this situation.

It was warm, sometimes even hot in the room. Reception guys are friendly. We had clean towels and cooker in the room.

Dirty plates, pan, floor in the bathroom, doors, linens (photo), trash can was extremely dirty inside (photo). Old urine smell in the bathroom was awful. toilet cistern took a long time to fill with water. This hostel is a former hospital, I felt like in a ward. view of the funeral home from the window. at night the guests were noisy - someone was talking loudly, some dogs in rooms were barking. Wi-fi was unstable, it's not good for work with laptop.

The room was spacious and balcony with a nice view was a bonus.

Bed was not really an adult hotel bed. More like a child's bed. I struggled to get out from the box like bed frame, hitting my legs in the process.There is an issue with sewage smell as you enter room 202, it is quite bad as you enter the room
