Pros +
- Great location, friendly staff, clean room
- I stay there every time I visit. Lovely staff accommodating your dietary requirements. Had my spa time in the relax zone.
- Location and space. Hotel was very well placed within Będzin and the room was very spacious.
Cons -
- No air conditioning
- Room service. I had to ask for change of towels and bed after the first 3 or 4 days. Also WIFI was a bit slow at times.
- Left blind was broken. The string broke and fell out of the tracks. Thankfully I knew how to fix it but I would suggest to make sure that string is securely connected so it doest fall out again.

Very comfy and spacious studio, and air conditioning was a blessing during heat wave. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast!
Clean rooms, very pleasant personnel and excellent location. Restaurant with delicious national food.
Some bathroom equipment needs renovation
Everything was great. Our late check-in went smoothly, and we even managed to find a parking spot. It was an extremely comfortable choice for our one-night stay.

Clean and affordable for a short stay. not the best quality of the hotel but tidy and very nice staff
decor
The breakfast was superb, truly exceptionally good as it is my most important meal to keep me going for the rest of the day. So that is something they got spot on with. All I was saying was; This was definitely on the money. Superb.
I cannot mention anything i may have not liked. It was just superb, very nice staff and quiet area. Wonderful in a nutshell.
Very friendly staff, clean spacious room. In my opinion that the price is adequate to the location and equipment. Internet connection and a slightly larger tv could be improved.
location was pretty good
We found a lot of small debris under the bed, including a pill, which is dangerous for a child
quiet place, great stuff, comfortable logistics, cozy and clean rooms
Great locationFriendly staff
Small TV
The location
The pillows are in very bad shape. They need replacement. I had a stiff neck on the first night itself.
quite located on the river, parking possible right in front of the hotel. hotel is new and well kept
linings were clean but under the bed we found some items, the room had not been cleaned. every thing like jacuzzi and sauna has to be paid extra.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful
Hotel was far from my conference venue and had no subsidized transport
Clean, Comfortable, room size
WiFI did not work, no lift, you have to carry your own luggage on 2 or 3 floors.
