breakfast was so yummy. Front office staff was co operating and amiable .they are helpful every time as well as there was a really warm welcome for me . My expectations were fulfilled properly . The hotel's location was also excellent as it is close to city area .

This is fantastic hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly,acommodating staff, willing to help with smile. Theluxurious amenities, exemplary services and prime location. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

SKYY BAR the place is very nice in terms terrace , music and surroundings green plants feel like freshness all around.

Holiday · Familyhave always stayed with friends and family whilst in Punjab but this time we stayed at Grand Resorts, what a lovely stay.||||The Hotel was nice clean and welcoming. The staff are happy and were always helpful.||||The hotel is centrally located, spacious and a ideal place to stay. Me and my mum would definitely come back to stay in the hotel thankyou to all the staff for all there hard work they did for us fir our 9 days stay we had.

A "misunderstanding?" regarding the payment and booking upon arrival, quickly sorted out.

The room was very dirty.we complain on at the time 10pm then there clean the room.it was after midnight i got to sleep she got allergies and sneezing.all night there didn't give any discount me and my family will not be staying there any more

Breakfast is delicious, so many choice of breakfast, Masala omelette is very very yummy

t‘s very nice hotel, we had a Big room with two bathrooms and it was clean and much more better than the 5 Star hotel in New Dehli and the Price was also very! good. The breakfast you can take a Choice from a Little! Menü but the service and Cappuccino is good and the Omelette was the best in india. Thank you we Would cơme again!!?

Moti Mahal restaurant in grand hotel for best of Indian & Chinese cuisine to explore to taste u like & and all staff members front office Ms Raman is so lovely to speak wt every guest thanks to Raman and Aman madam as well nice to welcoming.

All staff very friendly and helpful.Location is brilliant. Price is very reasonable rate.Good food menu and drinks bar is brill especially main bar drinks guy.Stayed here 10 times in 3 years, and will do again.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to great transport links, food and an ideal pick up location to key cities. The hotel food is fantastic. The rooms are of an international standard. Most of all, the staff are extremely friendly, hospitable, attentive, warm and very caring and hardworking. We even extended our stay here at the last minute and this was accommodated for in the most efficient way.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. Everything met and exceeded my expectations.

We don’t like the service, miscommunication between day and night staff i can say no communication between day and night staff at all,they don’t pass the information to the other staff. Which causes stress to the guest .they don’t even know what to do.I booked 3 days stay for my parents.i sent out my bro to pay the full payment pre check in.they said they can only take payment on the check out than night shift manager came in mid of the night ask for payment.next again i sent my bro to pay the payment but same thing happened again.My dad went out in the night to take money from ATM. Even my bro left his mobile number and request them to call whenever they ready to take payment. But they made more hassle to my parents Room was dirty as well i don’t know how they get 3 star Level rating for the hotel.My mum fell in the shower because of slippery floor.which is big hazard and no ones care about that at hotel .I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The location and the room size only.

The pillow have a lot tiny hair and even i have breakfast with my booking but they are keep refusing it. They are saying it's not you have to pay if you want breakfast. Front end lady want me send the email for her . I show them my booking details even they don't understand. So I just left the table and order my own food. It's really very very poor behaviour.

Location was good. Had stayed hear 4 years back and we really liked the hotel But this time disappointed ?

The rooms and bed wear dirty. We had to tell them to change the bedding. Staff of house keeping were not available at night when we checked in. The reception guy was doing all the work. Breakfast too was not upto standard. Service was slow and unprofessional.

Good standard of facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food is excellent and the rooftop bar was great. A comfortable stay in a great location. Will definitely return.

No hot water on one of the days, restaurant wasn’t cleaned overnight so messy in the mornings and the cleaners were working while you were having breakfast.
