'S Hertogenmolens Hotel

The room was nice, and the entire place appears to have been recently renovated. It was very clean. The breakfast was really well done, with lots of good options.

It would be nice when there are two beds in the room to not have them only a few inches apart. We had to move the beds to get a decent space between them.

Friendly staff at the reception, that provided clear information. Quiet Hotel in a great location, with enough parking in the area.

The single bed was extremely small, almost impossible to turn over without falling out of the bed.No ventilation in the bathroom, which wasn't a problem I guess, because the window was loose in it's frame and let all the noise and draft through.Very modest lighting in the room as well.

A really nice place, location in the center, 2 twin beds, a bath and a really good view. Breakfast was outstanding, I only missed veggies. Free parking

The staff was wonderful. The hotel has beautifully renovated an old mill directly off of the bike path. We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel has a special storage shed for keeping the bikes overnight. The breakfast was excellent. The gluten-free bread was delicious. The view of the canal from the room was pleasant.

The walls were thin so we heard a fair amount of noise when other guests were in the hallway.

The hotel was charming and in a great location. The staff was super helpful and even offered to help me bring my to-go order from the hotel restaurant up to my room. The food was great and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

You can hear noise from the hallway but it didn’t disturb my sleep or anything

Food in the restaurant was horrible! Way over priced and not good taste like nothing! My mother had deer that was hard as a rock. Breakfast area looks like a Cantine. Rooms could be cleaner.

I had force majeure and couldn't stay but unfortunately there wasn't any refund even when I inform the receptionist thesame day I arrived. Too bad.

Basic room

It's a very unique property (an old mill) which makes for a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms are basic yet comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel in the region it's a great place. Good restaurant both at the hotel and several others within a short walk. For cyclists there are several great routes in the area and the Sven Nys Center is nearby.

Parking is limited if you arrive in the evenings.

The place was missing some engagement from the owners. Staff was there to do a job but no eagerness or commitment to make the stay remarkable.

The surroundings are beautiful, the hotel looks beautiful inside and out.I also had a really delicious meal in the restaurant. Really recommended to visit. Breakfast was good and varied. I could also safely store my bike in a locked shed

The bathroom is really outdated. Only a bath, with a shower curtain and the toilet seat had seen better days.

Fantastic location, easy to park and a few minutes walk into this really nice town. Our room no.32 was top floor and on the corner so was very peaceful and had great views over the river - we could just hear gushing water and ducks quacking! Breakfast was great - coffee was good, there were scrambled eggs and bacon and the mini chocolate eclairs were outstanding. The only improvement I would suggest was some fresh tomatoes, cucumber etc. The young staff were really nice.

The Wi-Fi in our room was very slow, the bed was a bit hard and the bathroom a little dated, but everything else was so nice that wouldn’t stop us staying again.
