Just 5 minutes’ walk from Bluewater Lagoon, Paradise Motel offers air-conditioned rooms, all with a flat-screen TV. Guests enjoy access to a lovely garden and free on-site parking. All rooms include a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster and an electric kettle. Each room has a desk and a private private bathroom. Paradise Motel Mackay is 2953 feet from the popular Blue Water Trail, and 5 minutes’ walk from Caneland Shopping Center and the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Center. Pros +
- Nice and close to shops and not too far away from hospital as our mum is in Mackay base so it was good to be close by.
- The pussy
- Our stay was very good
Cons -
- It was old, shower door didn't lock, shower light didn't work but the main thing was we had a clean shower, clean bed, a tv and fridge for our drinks which was great, we just needed some where to rest for the night. So we didn't mind too much.
- No there was nothing that we did not like about our stay
- Smokers not respecting request to use smoking area and smoking in or near rooms. Arrived and found cigarette butt in toilet and ash on seat, though paper band suggesting toilet had been cleaned was in place. Obviously hadn't been cleaned.
