Pros +
- Clean, big room, friendly staff Parking lot
- Excellent service, very comfortable and spacious room. The hostesses' attention is excellent. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you ?
- Nothing as the pool was closed and there were no staff on in the evening so no bar or eating facilities.
Cons -
- A bit far from the hotel zone, but if you have a car, it's easy to get there. Thank you.?
- The whole place needs redecorating and there was a n opened pack of blueberries left in the fridge. We were put in a room with a rusty bathroom tap, noisy fan, dusty picture phrame and headboard and cracks in the concrete floor.
- The drain construction of the shower in our room was a bit faulty since it allowed water to overflow the 'rim' (which was practically flat), which meant you could not take long showers at all...which would have been a problem if the water temperature was warm immediately, but alas you have to wait for it to get warm. Also, the pool had no water yet at the beginning of April, which would have been good for them to note on the booking page.

The room is spacious and the communal areas are beautifully furnished. The coffee and breakfast was decent given the price.

Room was very spacious as divided in 2 floors (bathroom + bedroom upstairs, sofa + table downstairs) and lots of natural light. Luckily it wasn't a busy season in the road close by as our room faced it (instead of a garden view as stated on the description).Room included a little fridge, which ended up being handy. Also, air conditioning -which we didn't need at the time.
First of all, I asked if we could use the swimming pool before our arrival and I was told it was free to use but it wasn't full or clean during our stay so pretty gutted about this...The bed was meant to be >2m and it was a standard double. Also, having a bath without walls or separation with the bed is not ideal, from our experience.Blinds didn't close properly so there was a lot of light in early morning.Breakfast was pretty basic: white sandwich slices with cold meat/cheese, butter&jam, boiled eggs, standard fruit and coffee with 1 choice of milk. We didn't take it twice.
Difficult to find positive thoughts
Lying that the bed in the superior double is more than 2 meters. Dirty, rusty and moldy things and walls. The highlight was that one morning the warm water available just for few minutes in the morning. Details like a cigarette butts left in the window of the bathroom something what should be cleaned i think. The noise of the machine which is produce the warm water just was close to the room with incredible noise. I think the spanish people says for this : "cutre" Shame for the people who are managing this facility.
Suite was lovely, high end finish. Courtyard was nice and elegant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant had quality food with respectable portions, all three starters included in the set menu!
Our room looked out onto the road with some road noise which was a shame. No kettle in the room. But overall top place and great value (88 euro for suite when we stayed 10/09/24).
The pool was lovely, the hotel was very pretty and amazing rooms. The grounds were so nice and plenty of seating areas to relax
The lack of vegetarian food. I had to eat elsewhere which I really wanted to eat in the restaurant.
the apartment itself was amazing, clean, spacious and very stylish room, it was nice to come into the room after the heat, everything was ready, cool. very well maintained and beautiful area, friendly staff. breakfast was amazing, for such money we had a very good rest and enjoyed it.
everything is perfect!
The location is easy to find off of a main road, free off road parking behind a secure gate. The room was was.clean and presented well, in keeping with the style of the building.
If like me this is a stopover for a night for onward travel, for the price of £44 it's an ample room and a bed. However for longer stays, I would not be happy with the facilities. A/C was not working in the room, intermittent hot water in the shower, mainly cold. Poor soundproofing, could hear a lot of noise from downstairs and other guests. A potent drain swell in the room. Near to a main road with passing traffic at all hours. At the time of staying, the pool was closed and renovation works were ongoing, noise from construction workers. Dog faeces all over the car park. Sadly in its current state I would not stay another night,. Frustratingly it has a lot of potential, I have been left disappointed, given how up together it looks on the advertised images.
Poor
nobody at reception, never - communication was impossible, not even by whatsapp - cats walking around - toilet paper missing in the room - no hot water couple of times - bathroom was cold - broken parts here and there
The only reason we did not rate this hotel higher is because there website showed they had a restaurant and appeared to suggest it was open, and as it was a little outside of any towns we thought that it didn’t matter as we were there on a Saturday and the restaurant would be open. but sadly when we arrived at 16:00 hours it took us 20 minutes to be let in and then found that the restaurant wast not open. We still enjoyed our stay but did have to travel by car to find a restaurant to eat (which when you have already driven 400 kilometres to have to drive another 18 kilometre round trip to eat was a little to much.
We did not get a chance to like anything.
We are 75 years old and traveling by bicycle. We booked at this property two months in advance, but when we arrived they first denied that they had ever heard of us, and then erroneously stated that Booking had cancelled our reservation. The truth was that they had filled their place with a wedding reception and had cancelled us, without notice. They went on to not only be unhelpful - just saying phone Booking - but they also kicked us out to the parking lot, to make room for the arriving wedding guests. Outside, there was a brutal wind blowing, and we could scarcely hear Booking on the phone.
Very homely, have an incredible atmosphere and nice big terracePleasant and prepared staff. By the way you can choose a delicious breakfast. It's outside the noise of civilization, but close to beach and also close enough to Cullera.
Not negative for us, but choose it in case, you like a quiet places outside the civilization, and if you want something different from the traditional beach hotels with sea views.
1. Comfortable bed2. Clean room3. Comfortable common area downstairs
1. Air conditioner works for heating, but doesn't turn on immediately2. There is not pleasant smell in one of the room
Comfortable and quiet
None mentioned that was an extra payment for having a te or a coffee. Air extractors outside the balcony.
I guess the interior was nice sometimes, and the property could have been very pretty if it was maintained.
Almost everything. The location is extremely bad, there is nothing for kilometers. There were bed bugs, the sheets were EXTREMELY dirty, I definitely had bites after sleeping there one night. The headboard was all scratched and ruined and would literally peel if you touched it. The water was yellow and tasted weird, probably shouldn’t have even drank it but I was extremely thirsty and the restaurant at the hotel didn’t work AND there were no stores for kilometers. The staff barely spoke English, which wasn’t a huge of an issue, but still bugged me.
The room was okay, and the location was close to the beach as advertised.
I was disappointed to find out that the spa was closed, in order to access it we had to book it in advance, we had to pay 15 euros per person to use it. I have never had to pay to get access to a spa when sleeping at a hotel. It's usually included in the price. The swimming pool was dirty, with tree leaves in it. The shower was not in good condition, and the staff was kind but it was hard to communicate with them as they don't speak English or Italian. Only Spanish.
Very friendly staff, close to a gorgeous little village and the common facilities were very pleasant.
The hot water in the shower toke a very long time to work and the toilet unit was not secure to the floor properly.
Quiet peaceful
The headboard was well worn. Could do with updating bedroom. The water was a green colour.
