Pros +

• I like the decoration there is a car in the tables and walls even in reception.. it was fantastic hotel design and my kids like and happy

Cons -

• The room was not ready . -There is no handle on the bathroom door. And it is the last room as they said, -When they are cleaning they did not put water - The breakfast buffet is not varied and there are no options. This was not my first visit but my first visit for hotel was wonderful
• The staff are very rude, they did not want to check me in. I was coming from 12 hours drive and arrived around 12am tired and wanted to rest and they let me check in at 1am. one hour waiting for them to call the manager to check me in. The receptionist Feji Komar is the worst he was rude and not respectful at all, he was not helping the UAE family with kids at all they asked him to speed up the process so the kids can use the toilets he did not do any thing to help .He was not professional at all, and his attitude showed that he didnt care about the guests or their needs. It was clear that customer service is not something this staff takes seriously. The kids from the UAE family were crying and exhausted, and still, he didnt make any effort to be compassionate or to resolve the situation quickly. Instead, he wasted everyone's time arguing and behaving poorly. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expected at least basic respect and efficiency. I wont recommend this place to anyone after such an unpleasant experience.
