Many of the rooms at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel have panoramic views over the Dead Sea. All rooms are equipped with a TV, private bathrooms with a hairdryer. Pros +
- Staff was very polite and helpful. We were given an upgrade to half-board which was a pleasant surprise! Variety of meal offerings was very broad and delicious. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant!
- It was nice to stay at. Food was great
- The room was clean and air-conditioned. Good kitchen and breakfast is good.
Cons -
- Driver of beach shuttle left us on main road and walk to the beach in the heat of the day really knocked us out!!!! For next time we insisted that he drop us nearest to beach (Herods) as possible and even then we had to coax him further.
- Check in was a horror I guess it beaut busy season.
- The service is next to 0 TV was not working Safe was broken
