Location Experience staff same like 5 star service

The location and service were great. My room was great. The food in the restaurant was really good and great value, not that expensive.

I had to ask for toilet paper....but I was given toilet paper as soon as I asked for it. And I think the reason I had to ask is that they upgraded my room for no charge.This is so minor. The fact that I have so little to complain about gives an idea of how fantastic my stay was.

The owner was friendly and welcoming. I booked a room facing the mountain and the owner upgraded me to room overlooking the city. The city view is so worth it. If you ever plan to stay in the hotel, it really worth additional money for the view. The breakfast was delicious too.

The location was wonderful with such amazing view of Ajlon mountains and so close to the Ajlon castle, to the cable car ? and to the city, the room was clean and spacious with a balcony.The staff were very nice and helpful.

The food, but you have Panorama restaurant on the top of the hill near to the hotel with great, tasty food and a wonderful view too.

- Very helpful, owner and front desk staff. The owner and the manager did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.- Beautiful location on top of a mountain. - Very close to the main attractions. - Clean rooms. - Comfortable beds.

- Advertising two connected rooms as a suite while they are not! - Very limited parking spots. - No elevator.- No Wi-Fi on the third floor. - No mini refrigerators in the rooms. We had to request a mini refrigerator!- No ventilation fans in the bathrooms. - The water pressure in the bathrooms was very weak.- No regular housekeeping. I gave them the key to my room at 11:30 AM and asked them to clean it. When we came back at 11:30 PM, we found out that they didn’t clean my room.

I love the location, the over view at night is really sight to be hold. The fresh air, mountain view really good.

All is good...

The location was incredible; from the balcony, I could see Ajloun Castle and enjoy its panoramic view.

Our worst experience ever ! a room very expensive and stinking cigarettes, not clean : avoid it !

The reception service was so bad. We arrive in a small room, stinking of cigarettes, without any wifi, the sink was blocked, the reception service didn't care. We wait for 45 minutes our breakfast while the time had been agreed the day before; and all this for a very expensive price ! : our worst experience ever !

Very poor hotel amenities, no shampoo in the shower, water leak in toilet, only tow towel for 4 people, it us just a room and no suite as we expected , not a value of money I would pay for it 1/2 the price maximum but booking cheated us by the pictures and the price. In place price is much cheaper than booking offered price. I demand a refund of 1/2 of the price.

The neighbor's burning the grass and the smoke contaminating the air.Adding few luxury things such as an electric kettle to make coffee or tea.
