- First of all, the staff and managers was very amiable and friendly, we arrived there without Omani Rials, they do not required us to pay at the arrival and this was very important to me. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Our check-in and check-out was super smooth and at the check out they even let us to stay more than standard time to handle our next steps. They provided hygiene towels, tea and water everyday for us. The location of hotel was exceptional, you can walk to Avenue Mall and Masque in maximum 10 min walking. Everything was great, specially the out door pool which was amazing in Oman's warm weather. We enjoyed a lot.
- very friendly reception staff particularly Mohsin. All other workers were positive and helpful . Great location , one of the best part of Muscat ! Walking distance to Sultan Qaboos mosque and many restaurants nearby .Pool was small but usuable and great views if the whole city .
