Apartamentos Santiago

We only stayed here for 1 night but were very happy with the apartment. Very centrally located, spacious and clean. Clear instructions and guidance from apartment management. Toiletries and towels provided.

Mattresses and pillows were a little too hard for our taste, but we understand that this is very personal. Parking space in the area can be difficult to find.

Very big and comfortable apartment. Cosmetics in the bathroom, big well equipped kitchen, new furniture in living room., comfortable beds, quiet.

Everything was perfect, there was no kettle.thou.

The location was ideal in the center of Écija, there was street parking nearby. The layout of the apartment is a bit odd, but allows for quiet sleeping areas for everyone and a big living room with a comfy sofa. The kitchen was great with a new oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and cooker.

Very spacious clean apartments are equipped with everything you need, convenient location. Many clean towels and extra blankets.

Close to bus station which was a huge plus, people are welcoming and helped with directions to our apartment. Keys to the apartment need to be picked up at the gas station, from there you are able to head to the apartment, that was our only difficulty. Safe for families.

Paid but could not access the accomodation - AVOID

Short version: we booked a room here but were not able to access the property. Their "checkin" site did not work. Finally, we gave up and drove to another city and stayed in a real hotel, checked in with a real person with a real smile.Longer Version: Roaming Data is expensive, so we do not spend 30 minutes reviewing the checkin complexities of 6 different options when we want to book acccomodation. Also, it is not how I want to spend my life.We were in this town and decided to stay. We booked then tried to checkin. The debit payment was immediate. We received an email telling us we had to checkin online. On roaming data. The link did not work. For 30 minutes we tried to checkin but got the error message, "Reservation is not ready for checkin yet." This is at 19:00. We tried to phone the two phone numbers many times. No-one answered. We sent SMS text messages. No-one answered. We wrote emails through Booking. No-one answered. We wasted 90 minutes trying to access this property before we gave up and drove to Cordoba. I am angry. This is the following day and they have not reacted at all to us not checking in. They have the money, so who cares?This is a day later. I have been refunded what I paid. The provider did not apologise or acknowledge there had been a problem.

The size and location are excellent the only complaint I could make is we got no reply from our emails/message's there was no instructions on how to gain access to the apartment or where to collect keys

Spacious clean apartment in a great location. Beds were comfy and everything was new and stylish. Recently refurbished.

No information on how to operate heating and water. When we arrived the apartment was cold with no hot water. Could do with some mugs and a kettle. Key collection was in a strange place and needed more information on parking.
