They said that they have parking. They do not have parking. It took me almost 45 minutes to check in. The power turned off when I left the room and I needed to charge something. There was no heat.

The location is hidden in the city centre, which is nice especially if you are not travelling by car. There is shampoo, towels and toilet paper. Online receptionist was kind and responsive. The water was hot, there is a bath. The TV was working. It was clean.

The communication after booking via email is all in Spanish, one would expect English as well. The reception is remote (20 pm and 8 am). We had difficulties with payment with card through their web site (although I've entred everything needed on booking already). Eventually, we solved the issue with remote receptionist who was very responsive and nice. We missed additional blankets or lining, no hair dryer. The parking is not included in the price, they just offer 30% discount in nearby parking garage. The price could be lower for what you get.

Bed was comfortable, heating in room worked well. Room size was good.

No reception. Received 8 emails about hotel check in process. Person on demand via the phone.The bathroom was filthy, long black hair on the shower wall, bathtub and floor.

The hotel was in a great location by main square. The room was fine and spacious and bathroom very good.But the hotel had no soul...it seemed lifeless and uninspiring.

Check in was a nightmare. It took almost an hour. We stood outside in 47c heat trying to converse with a speaker. At the other end was a Spanish lady with little English. We had to hold our passports to a tiny camera. Our Spanish was as bad as her English, poor woman. This hotel boasts a 24 hour reception. There is no one on Reception. When you finally are granted access, you have to retrieve your key from a box using a number code. Then they want you to fill out another form and sign and go back out and hold it to the camera. I had well had enough by now and we went to our room.There is nothing wrong with this hotel EXCEPT there is NO reception. No map. No advice on what to see. No recommendations on where to eat. Plenty of signs saying scan this and book your own that. Not our style.

the virtual booking system was difficult to use for those who are traveling without cell phone or cellular data. very frustrating.

remote check-in system, on the phone with a receptionst located god knows where, who gives you instruction how to open the front door and find your room key like in a treasure hunt. Totally ludicrous.Nobody in the building, no breakfast.small room, not well furnished.Located in a pedestrian alley, you need to park 200 mt away and carry your luggage with you

Good location for old town. Room was fine and bed comfortable

We couldn’t get in when we arrived and had to wait about 25 minutes to check in. The manager didn’t come down to help but kept calling through an intercom to a very nice woman who tried to help us. They quoted me a price higher than the one I booked at and then insisted I pay cash. I only paid the quoted price but it was quite stressful. Every time you go out you have to ring a bell to get let in and it is not always quick. A lot of these problems would be helped with a door code or automatic fob.
