Good location Clean room
Too much time for check in and out
Besides the great value for money, excellent location (almost everything is 5 mins away), and free beach access to Marina Beach, the staff is so decent and helpful. Especially Mr Muhammad, he drove us to the breakfast resturant everyday and greeted us everyday with a cheerful smile. He made us feel very very welcomed. We loved his awesome and hospitable attitude. The breakfast resturant (Tandoor) staff is great as well. They're really hardworking people who truely understand what customer service is about.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

10-15 minutes walk in the sun to the beachThere is no good breakfast at the hotel u have to take a tuktuk and go to ali pasha for breakfast (amazing breakfast btw) Bathrooms smell bad and not clean enough
Wonderful stay at Mosaique Hotel! The location is perfect, close to downtown and the marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable El Gouna getaway!
The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the beach.no variety in breakfast but we went to ali basha restaurant and was delicious .
Location; its walking distance from all active areas in el gouna. The room's balcony is big and has a nice view.
Room furniture is old, cleanliness is not up to standards; bathroom has never been cleaned well nor the balcony. Bed and pillows are super uncomfortable. Very poor breakfast; only 2 kinds of cheese , fruit salad and 2 bakery items, else you can go all the way to Ali Pasha hotel to have an oriental breakfast. Overall not a 4 stars hotel experience and expensive for what we received.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The location is amazing on the Marina and very quiet area. Alla facilities, restaurant and cafe are available. Recommended for short stays in El Gouna.
El Gouna is a heaven on earth. Good for sports, kiteboarding, relaxation. Very good food and pleasant pleople. We are planing to come back again and again.Thanks El Gouna and Mosaique for very nice breakfast in steakhouse for tidy and comfortable rooms. Out team (4 people) saying big THANKS for each of you.

Fantastic staff was so kind and helpful.A special thanks to Reception staff who always kind and helpful.But all the staff were great and worked so well as a team. Friendly atmosphere every time when entered or left the hotel.The cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. The beds were super comfy. Thank you for an amazing stay
