Hot water running slow, bed matress a bit too hard

Location of the Hotel is great, if someone is visiting the Port then its a no brainer. Parking the car at the Hotel is easy, there are parking places at both sides of the building.The surrounding and the allocation of the Hotel gives a confident secure feeling.

There was no hot-water in the room, not for washing the hand and not for shower. The elevator makes a big noise that can be heard in the room everytime it starts from ground 0.English was not always understood by the Staff.

Probably the best hotel in the city. Private parking, nice view over the Danube, clean.

I liked the room, although not very big, the hotel, the restaurant which was large and beautiful, the covered terrace, the reception staff who were very polite and helpful.

I didn't like the cleaning services, the closets were very dusty, the bathroom did not have quality hygene products and not for two people, anyway. There were no tissues of any kind in the room, no waste bin, no electric kettle, no tea or coffee facilities which one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast offer was also poor in choices and the rude staff in charge of it were pretty in a hurry to gather everything and close it before 10 am.

The room does not get dark enough from the drapes . When the sun is up it is very bright in the room .

Location fine

Not 4 star facilities. I chose this hotel because of the restaurant. It was not open. I have MS and did not want to walk around at night. A lot of difficulty caused. Bar service very limited and stock was a problem. Even when mini bar had a supply

The hotel is conveniently located.The staff is very kind!The room was spotlessly clean!The bed was very comfortable!The bathroom had everything you needed!The breakfast was wonderful and very varied!We are very satisfied with the stay!We already have a favorite hotel in Braila!

I have no complaints!

Excellent. We stayed a night and we had the high school reunion party in the restaurant. The rooms were really clean and tidy with a very warm and welcoming feel to it. Off street parking also very helpful, It was also in the perfect location to enjoy Braila. The reception staff is very friendly and professional.Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend.

We've been able to sleep only after wedding (6 AM!). that day we had a long and difficult drive ahead! Not a really honest policy.

Honest information, in due time, about noisy and disturbing, all night long events, taking place at the location, during our stay. It was just one night, yet compromised by this aspect.

The hotel is in the central part of the city. The room was furnished nicely, and the view from the window was of the Danube river.There was also a minibar with everything you might quickly need.

There was no coffee maker in the room. One day there was a wedding party at the hotel and the music was very loud and lasted until 2-3 am.Our room had a strong smell of cigarettes, and there were a few ants that kept crawling in the bathroom.

Un hotel foarte bun. Liniste, comfort, mic de jun delicios, personal amabil si o experienta foarte placuta.Great stay for a few nights while visiting Braila. Quiet, clean, great breakfast in the morning, pleasant and accommodating staff and all for a great price.

There was a wedding and such a big noisy we heard at the 3 floor

The breakfast was excelent, the location very good, very elegant rooms (we stayed in the apartament) with nice furniture.

The apartament didn"t have a little balcony.
