Big rooms, clean and stuff very nice

Breakfast could be improved

Everything was perfect! I want to thank receptionist, beautiful girl who was duty in the evening 25.04.2025, she is professional, thank you for your service. I am going to stay here and make advertising for my friends.

All fine, nothing special. Good bed, value for money.

We stay for one night. Good hotel, big, clean room, excellent breakfast in the morning.

We were offered a room away from the music of a wedding

The room had a very strong smell of smoke, there was no blanket in the room and it hadn't been made up before we arrived. The bathroom was tired and needs refreshing. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. The carpets had numerous stains on it.

We checked in after midnight, the receptionist showed us a free parking space. Hotel has a nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms.

Very cosy and clean, the receptionist speaks English , easy to locate

The staff were great and the room itself, perfect with A/C and the ensuite.

The bed being two mattresses probably could have been improved as well as its cleanliness

They have an elevator.

They organize events in their restaurant in weekends and even in the most remote room where we've been placed you could still hear the music all night long. They didn't clean the room unless you tell them. Nobody really cares about the hotel clients. At this price you can stay at airbnb like a king. I am very dissappointed.

Attentive, professional staff. We were offered two rooms to choose from because of a planned event on the ground floor - expected to be noisy. We liked the room overall, the price was reasonable, good breakfast.

The noisy air conditioner is quite old. Even at 6:00 am it is already noisy outside the window as the hotel is located in a busy (industrial) area of the city.

There was no soap in the dispenser of shower.Ladies at the reception and breakfast buffet could be a little friendly.

Hotel is good. Clean and comfortable. We were for 1 night so everything was perfect. There is a parking. Breakfast was very good.

I can't say anything bad for my stay. Everything was perfect.

Someone smoking or in the room or next to our room, smoke coming to the apartments. No house slippers.Baby bed for extra payment, usually it is included in the room price, 60 lei per night...

- room was cleaned daily.- staff was very friendly.- everything was as described.

- walls were a little too thing, so everything that was happening in the hallway could be heard.

The hotel is central and the rooms are modern and clean. However if you arrive back after 7 there is no hot water for the shower. Some of the staff are extremely helpful but some are as miserable as sin. Parking is horrible

Clean room and shower. Special thanks for receptionist who saw us trying to find a parking place and go outside to advice even late at night

Little cold when we arrived because radiators were closed. But it became warm quite fast when we opened it.

Good room for a family with 2 or 3 children. Nice, cozy and spacious .

The breakfast is poor, it doesn’t correspond the level the hotel aims to.
