Pros +

The location was very convenient for the station - about 10-15 minutes walk to the old walls. The room was big. The bath was huge! The bed was comfortable. The laundry service was very fast and good value. All of the staff were very helpful and nice.
Clean, spacious rooms, well maintained. Staff is very friendly and welcoming always happy to help.

Cons -

The shower in the room was a bit faulty in that it wouldn't completely move into shower mode from bath mode, which meant a lot of water was wasted into the bath. There was a power cut (across the whole city!) when we were there and that also stopped the water (until they managed to get the backup generator working).
