Location, spotless,and wonderful

Although Tv doesn’t work, I informed staff about it and no response.

There is no breakfast or restaurant in the hotel; for food we need to depend on the outside hotels or food delivery options. If they don't have kitchen or a restaurant, they should have a good understanding on the what's best in the market so that information will help guests to order.

The property can be kept more clean to have a pleasant experience, even small improvements will make customers feel happy. The kids are is bad and kind of broken, Internet is hopeless and not working (even the Whatsapp chats will take a long time to deliver and MS teams calls won't connect). Work while travel is not possible with such kind of internet connection.

The first two rooms beside the reception had damp walls and were mouldy. There was black mould on the walls, ceiling, plaster board and the bead head. The room smelled like a cave. We were offered two dry, clean, comfortable rooms upstairs of equivalent size and features. These were fine, meeting our expectations.We weren't expecting luxury. It was just disappointing that the two mouldy rooms were being offered to guests. Other guests stated they were also offered these rooms and refused them. They really are a health hazard. The hotel is evidently built too close to the sea.

Excellent value for money. Not too many options on the island. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent. Well positioned at the edge of the town, but close enough to eg the restaurants.

Large room for the price we paid , location is very good near the sea and near the port . The price was good for valve compared to other hotels in the island.

friendly staff, spacious neat room and bathroom, outside beach view from the room was so nice.... a small refrigerator to keep the food the drinks....only thing was missing is a kettle. otherwise everything is perfect.

No breakfast offered Towels were not changed at allRoom was not cleaned for the three nights we stayed. There was no cattle in the room. We get it after a long discussion. No coffee or tea in the room.

The hotel location is excellent, on the shore and have an awesome place to sit outside. This outdoor sitting area is perhaps the best one in Masirah Island.

The hotel rooms and furniture are little outdated and need renovation. The room was clean.
