Ibri Oasis Hotel

Wasn’t clean and the room was bad smells and the AC was in bad condition where make my sleep worse.Unfortunately the place and and building looking great but there were bad housekeeping

It is calm and quiet. Away from city yet near to main shopping mall

It feels lonely as there is no other guests it seems. There is lot of dust in the room

Staff are good cooperative

No cleaning Bathroom so small sizeno slippers inside bathroom

Receptionist ANJALI very welcoming lady,

Breakfast time was 7:30 which is late for travelers

The receptionist was so cordial. She felt sad when we informed we can not avail free breakfast as we need to leave early. The attendant is helpful.

The carpets are old with stains. The location of the hotel is deserted and away from the city. The toilet fittings are very loose.

It was helpful as we got late to cross at the border,so got it book at the last moment...

Out of the city centre 10kmThe carpets were dirty.Room was smelly

The Ibri Oasis is a great place to stay as you head from Dubai deeper into Oman. Nice food, clean, old school Gulf and... a bar. Anjali handled booking and check in, etc, very professionally and made me feel very welcome.

Nothing really, it's a great example of its genre. It's not five star glamour and all the better for it.

AC was super loud, couldn't sleep. Dinner was difficult to order, room service had better menu than restaurant. Breakfast was good, the water staff was really nice. He was very kind, attentive and nice.

No shades for the cars in the parking area (Very hot climate all year around) almost.

The staff, location and pricing

Need to give more attention to facility maintenance and a thorough check before handing over the room to customers to identify and rectify faulty items.

Amazing rooms, very clean and good facilities throughout the stay. The staff are also very supportive. Especially Ms. Anjali, who helped me throughout the from checkin to check out. Overall very nice hotel and must try once u r in Ibri

The front office team( Ms . Anjali and Ms. Shylesh) was incredibly welcoming and attentive.The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay.The room was well-organized and given complementary extra mattress for child.The amenities offered added great value.The location was convenient and easily accessible.

The behavior of the staff was very excellent, especially the receptionist Angela was extremely polite and helpful in everything

The bar is not good

Very helpful and friendly staff.Mattress was very comfy.Very good range of complimentary toiletries in bathroom.

No cook available for breakfast.Very limited water pressure in bathroom. Shower failed totally, bath No better.Air-conditioning was extremely noisy and required maintenance. No toilet paper in any toilet.Sliding door to balcony desperately requires routine maintenance. Window catch in bathroom broken.Tired property requires a major overhaul!

The location of the hotel is good, just half way from Abu Dhabi to Jebel Shams

The aircon is extremely loud, and you have to have it on all night otherwise the temperature in the room goes up to over 30 degrees in summer.
