Pros +

• The host was polite, punctual, and easy-going. We asked to cancel our reservation an hour after paying, because the flat smelled bad and there was a wind in it. He agreed to cancel while returning 80% of the money paid (80% was my suggestion because he was very nice and I wanted to pay for his time).

Cons -

• The whole flat smells of rotten pipes. It is on the ground floor, the door opens right onto the street, and since there's another door on the other end of the flat and both doors fail to close hermetically, there's a bad draught in the flat, which makes it very cold and not a good choice for winter (it's 20 at night in Gyumri in winter, so you definitely don't want a wind coming from the street). It is also quite noisy. The bed is divided from the street by just one wall, which makes you feel like you're sleeping on the street.
