The location facing the sea and ability to see sunrise and sunset from my window, the breakfast was great. The available beaches next to it. Very attentive reception. Location away from Trabzon traffic and access to all tourist location around it.

Very dirty bed specially the sheets and pillows not friendly stuff .

they give us a room Smaller than the one we booked with no good justification. the pictures for suite room is different from the one showed in booking and smaller. to solve this issue they provide two portable beds free of charge. The hotel is far from the center of Tarabzon around 30-40 minutes from airport.

The A/C is not working in August the real summer.We called the hotel staff 2 times they just answered they’ll checked and never called back to confirm the situation and it was never fixed. The second time they said there’s no free room so there’s nothing they can do.Next day the front desk told us the a/c is broken by an Arabic family and there’s no engineer available to fix it, which they should have informed us prior to our arrival so we can book somewhere else to actually SLEEP.What’s the point for this explanation upon check out? Why there’s no one handle the situation when we inform them about the defect?Before i write this review i texted the property to have last communication but the only reply is “the a/c is repaired now” which makes no sense to my concern. After that NO MORE REPLY to my message.Good luck to anyone planning to stay here, they don’t care about your comfort not to mention your opinion after you have left.

The location is a bit far from center of Trabzon ( Meydan) by 25 mins, but still it’s good if you need to save 30 mins while traveling to Uzungul and Ayder.Also there is no shopping center or restaurants nearby the hotel.Glass and wall Sound proof needs to be more effective as we can hear the road as well as the cleaning team noise.AC control is not at my room, which i found it really strange! I’ve to call the receptionist to increase or decrease the AC temperature. Although the staff supports on that but it is not practical at all.

Good location (outside city of Trabzon), and saves 30-45 minutes each way if you are travelling to Ayder and Uzungol lake . Lot of parking space. Sea view rooms. Helpful staff. Specifically, Ms Wafaa in the restaurant.. speaks fluent English , cheerful and very helpful in meeting dietary requirements (we are a vegetarian family)

Reception staff only knows Turkish and Arabic. Somewhat difficult to communicate (only option Google translate and similar apps) . Room was nice and spacious , but bathrooms was very small.

The stuff was very kind. The room was very clean and we were happy with all the details.The location is great and price for this type of hotel was absolutely fair.

Only the breakfast could be better with more dishes.

Check-in delayed, turkish manager didn't seem to care much We were on the first floor, on top of the breakfast floor, the level of noise caused by chairs under our bedroom was extremely annoying, plz fiz ruber base to your chair to reduce the noise TV isn't smart, mostly turkish channels, no YouTube, no TV channels for kids. Please upgrade your TV to smart TVEnsure check-in is well managed, and when delayed, the manager has to show he cares and constantly updates us. Has no dimming lights for bedtime, especially for kids room

The room is clean, spacious and overlooking the sea. The bed is large and very comfortable.

The temperature of the room is centrally set by the hotel at 25 degrees which is quite warm. However, they heed to our request to reduce the temperature to 22 degrees, but still a bit warm. Need a car to get food as no restaurant within walking distance.

‏Everything was excellent, the cleanliness of the hotels and the place. I enjoyed staying there. I thank the staff at the reception, the sister Sumia and another, but I forgot her name, her shift is in the afternoon. I also thank the breakfast provider, Erdal It must be taken into account that the place requires a car

Location, view, and the king suite are all amazing. The room is very cozy and sweet. Special thanks to Somaya, the morning female receptionist as well but i do not know her name, and Enver who kept us company every morning during our breakfast. They were all nice and helpful. The view is breathtaking. The warm jaccuzi and all. You need a car for transportation as we had rented one.

The water in the shower had not strong pressure. But it was manageable. We had ordered food for our dinner from the hotel restaurant but the food was cold and did not taste great.

location was nice, room had sea view. its a nice, clean and new hotel. the staff sumaiya, anwar , salman and others were very friendly and kind, they helped me buy hazelnuts and tea from the hotel at good price, nice breakfast.

The jacuzzi water was not hot enough,
