The room is quit big, clean and welldesigned

The airconditioner and refrigirator were not switched when we checked in. In August Zugdidi is very hot, so if the hotel cares about its guests, it is first thing to do. But even after switching the airconditioner did not work properly, so it was terrible hot night. The refrigirator did not work at all. In addition, there was very unpleasent smell from the toilet. There were towels and robes only for three guests, although it was booked for the family of four persons. It was very disapointing experiance of staying in this hotel.

Nothing to write about

There are 36 steps to reception and another 15 to the room. No elevator no help no basic english. The bathroom was stinking like surrage. At 10:15 PM somebody came to fix the TV no parking as promised and more.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room for the most part was a lovely room.

The electric heating unit did not work. So, it was very cold where my children were sleeping. I reported it and they said that they would have a technician come but no one ever came. In addition, they were very restrictive on the provision of toilet paper. I have a family of 6 and after half a day the one roll that was provided was gone. I had to go and ask for more which they kept under lock and key. Also, there was the previous renters food still left in the cabinetry and in the mini fridge. I had to bring that to the front desk and the girl seemed super worried. Also, this was the top of the line room in their hotel and in their photos they have things like a bottle of wine with wine glasses (as if complimentary) and communicate about a minibar in their description. Neither of these things existed. When I asked they said "oh we aren't doing that now". Also, half the items on their restaurant menu were not available. I do not typically complain but I think this could be some helpful constructive criticism. You should advertise correctly and truthfully.

A disco on the top floor. It was not very noisy, but I heared sounds through windows and walls.

The decor and restaurant are exceptional. The room was very clean and modern.

The view was another building. Some staff need to be taught that they need to smile at guests and speak to them. Not lounge around in a restaurant and look a guy. Also never a good idea to have a restaurant above hotel rooms especially if it's a party and the party does not stop till 1am.

Room was comfortable but...

On the last floor they have a restaurant , I asked them to turn off the music at 10:30pm. They refused and told me that music will be till 12pm. At 12:10am I asked them again to turn off the music. They only turn off them music at 1:00am morning.Music was so loud that I was not able to watch movie in headphones . I do not recommended to stay in that hotel!

Nothing really.

Right from the start, Entrance is on the side and looks bad. No lifts, have to carry all the luggage to 3/4 floors.Room bathroom was much smaller than shown in pictures. Heating system in the room didn't work properly. Got really cold.Extremely loud music on the disco/restaurant on top floor. Good luck getting a good night's sleep.Breakfast in the morning was the worst part of it. No toasted bread. Omelette not made the way we wanted even after spending several minutes on the translation app. Finally, no coffee machine. Not many other food choices. Extremely bad breakfast, to sum it up. Finally, we went to the Dunkin Donuts behind the hotel on the way to Mestia.

The hotel is clean and warm, staff are very polite. Very good location in the centre. Good value for money.

The hotel was listed as a hotel and restaurant. Was stuck in Zugdidi for weather, on a sunday night, and so booked for that reason. At check in, confirmed the restaurant hours of operation. But when we went to get dinner, staff informed us that the restaurant was now closed for a private event, and we could not get food.

Location is good. Free parking place. Comfortable bad.

The room wasn't clean, bathroom smelled horrible - there is some probloem with pipes I think. But the worst impression was with breakfast - we scheduled breakfast on 8.30 - the breakfast wasn't ready, nobody knew about it the next day. The restaurant, that breakfast was in - was simply dirty - dust everywhere, cigarette and cigarette debris everywhere - on the floor, on the table. There was this impression that personell couldn't care less..

At the arrival, the hotel change the room for and upgraded room (huge). Everything was clean, the breakfast was correct and serve at the demanded hour (even the restaurant went shoping, when we asked for some milk, they were ran out of it).

The fridge did not work properlly. The hotel is located at the outskirk of the city. The pillows were very high, tremendous neck pain the next day.

Breakfast was great (except coffee). Location is very central. Comfortable, quiet room.

Although washed, the sheets weren't clean. No fresh coffee at breakfast.

The room and bathroom were very small. Pillows completely stuffed with silicon - therefore unusable for normal sleep. The view from window was a wall with AC outside unit on it. Weird smell in bathroom, probably mold in the air filtration system. No water or even juice at buffet breakfast, while the only coffee option was instant

Bad smell. Very noisy from restaurant, late partying. Location not great, view bad.
