The location is perfect. The staff is very warm and helpful. The rooms are very clean and you will get everything you need.

There is no sound isolation and you can here other people talking. But still it was fine for me

The location was perfect, very near to the main attraction - Dadiani Palace and a lot of shops, cafes and restaraunts nearby.

The Host was super nice and helpful. Bathroom was clean.

The beds have very uncomfortable matresses, with hard springs poking in your back! Definitely in a need of new ones!

Location was central, we booked two rooms and were upgraded to the luxe option. The rooms were bright, spacious and very very clean and tidy. We lost golden bracelet in the hotel, we called the manager and it was revealed at once. So we were very thankful

I frequently stay at this hotel for work, and it has become my favorite place to stay in Zugdidi. One of the things I appreciate the most is that the rooms do not have carpets, making them feel much cleaner and fresher. The cleanliness is always top-notch, with spotless rooms every time. The staff is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. Plus, the hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it convenient for everything. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The hotel has a perfect location, it is in the very center of Zugdidi, it is also spotless, and tidy and the staff is amiable. I recommend it.

I booked this hotel for my tourists. When we arrived, receptionist offered me to carry heavy bags up to third floor via firefighters ladder. No lift and there isn't porter service. If you are extreme lover, definitely you are on a right place.

Like other travellers we had an early start and wanted to leave by 8.30am. The manager said breakfast could only be ready by 9am. It was the worst breakfast anywhere. There wasn't even water or milk see photo.

Simple hotel in the centre of Zugdidi with the parking spot. The reception is very friendly and welcoming, she answered all the questions and even called the restaurant that we were interested in visiting.

If there is an opportunity to add airconditioning in the room, it would improve the experience a lot.
