The staff was very helpfulhotel employee at the front desk helped out with some difficulties and was very professional. Hotel employee in the dining room was particularly friendly and went way beyond the call of duty to make my stay memorable.

Cons -

The hotel is expensive for what you get. The hotel also advertises that they have pick-up at the airport but unlike other hotels in the rest of the world you have to arrange for them to pick you up at the nearby airport. A bit deceptive.
