Pros +
- the money was returned
- Price, location, hospitality of the staff, willingness to help, good choice for breakfast.
- I liked the location in the heart of the city and in front of a big public park. The room and the whole facility was very clean. Very tasty and diversified breakfast.
Cons -
- 8 minutes before our arrival, the hotel cancelled the paid reservation. We stayed outside in the rain at night.
- Smoking odor in the room, little noisy in the morning if you sleep by the open windows.
- The staff was less friendly than usual in Turkey. The reception persons needs to have a smile on their face (I interacted with 2 of them). Some other staff may look to you in the eye without greating you. When I asked for the private parking they are announcing, it seemed like a big deal to have with two staff persons discussing how I can get it so I finally parked in a paid parking for the night.
