Everything was written with instructions but there were no instructions that minibar is paid. They should mention that as well. Feels like cheating

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations, despite the room offering one of the most beautiful views I could imagine — truly the only strong point of the stay.However, several issues made the stay uncomfortable:•Room temperature was very warm and the cooling system was not working.•Room service never answered the phone, even late at night when I urgently needed something.•At 12 AM I went down to reception, and the staff member said “I will let them know but I don’t think they can do anything” — which felt very unprofessional and impolite.•The pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable.•The duvet looked very old and worn out.•The sofa had visible burn marks, which gives a very poor impression for a hotel at this level.•I tried having lunch at the hotel restaurant (which I normally never do), and the quality was disappointing. Both the pasta and the burger were below average, and the burger had an unpleasant smell.The amazing view is truly the highlight, but overall the hotel needs serious improvement in service, room quality, and staff attitude.

The hotel is near the mall. They have a great breakfast.

The property hasn’t been maintained. The carpets are worn, the air conditioner units need to be replaced, and the fitness center is from the 90’s. I have been coming here since 2021, and it’s sad to see it in this condition while the prices go up.

The location is perfectly situated near the mall and the university. You can walk to the city center or take a taxi. The view of the sea is amazing!

It’s near the mall. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The beds are really comfortable, the view is amazing! The hotel is located right next to a shopping center and really close to the center. The breakfast buffet has various options, all tasting very good. The heating system works well.

The room service didn't work well. We ordered milk in the evening for our child but they never brought it. They can improve the room service.

The room was a bit noisy due to music playing outdoors.

When you book a 5-star hotel for 4 people and pay the full amount, you expect the room to be ready at 2 o'clock, but when you arrive at 7 o'clock in the evening, the receptionist tells you: we will coordinate to bring two extra beds to your room. (We had a family room reservation) until 10 o'clock at night it was still not completed (remember, it is a 5-star hotel)

Cleaners were horrible - operationally and functionallyOne day I had to ask them to clean my room 4 times - first time was at 11am and got my room cleaned only at 5pm after the escalation to reception team Quality of cleaning was also very poor - I had baklava crumbs in the carpet for 3 days untouched - every time she just put an armchair above it so it would not be visible

The hotel is very clean, large size rooms with an outstanding location. The valet parking was excellent! the front desk reception Gungor is EXCELLENT! he checked us in 2 rooms quickly. he was very professional! very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding facilities and nice stuff. Sibel was very nice, polite, very professional.

Pillows must have been softer, bathrooms don't have ventilation, you can feel smoke smell in toilet, coming from other nearby suites, due to lack of ventilation, but all these minor things do not interfere with the comfort the hotel provides.

The hotel has a very good location next to the mall. The hotel receptionists are nice and helpful

The room air conditioner is not working, only the living room air conditioner is working. The bathroom needs more cleaning

Excellent location and very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. The food was fantastic too!
