Seemed understaffed
Hotel is very close to center of the town, there's free parking in front. It also has restaurant with delicious food! Hosts are really friendly! Room was very clean and spacious - it can fit 3 or even 4 people. It has clima, minibar, tv, couch and table, kitchen corner and even slippers and hair dryer. Vital for me was the presence of a desk, where I could work comfortably. Also the wifi was fast and reliable. Beds were cosy and comfortable. In general I'm really happy with my stay!
Everything was perfect
I was not planning to stay in Krumovgrad. It was a long day, I was tired and and I decided just to rest for the night.I am so glad I chose Hotel Divna. The owners are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious,the wi fi is fast and reliable, the brand new TV is perfect. The breakfast is included in the price a and it is delicious, too.The owners operate another business called cafe Diva.I highly recommend it. The food is exceptional, and particularly the deserts. You have to try them to believe it!It was late and the cafe was supposed to be closing by the time I went to have dinner.The staff waited for me to order and finish my dinner, though they didn't have to. I was so pleasantly surprised!If your plans take you to Krumovgrad, do yourself a favour and spend a night or two at Divna Hotel. Trust me, it isworthwhile. I wish I had more time and I'll be coming back for sure.Thank you for the memorable time spent at hotel Divna! I will be back!
