Hotel and the place itself is great, rooms are clean, stuff is supportive and polite

spa or pool facilities can be used after an arrangement in advance and not included in the price

The place is great, the view is stunning. The hotel is very good but need some improvements. Restaurant is beyond Bulgarian standards.

The mattresses were very bad! Carpets in the room need more cleaning and there are spider webs at the walls.

The location and all facilities are great, but they don’t have enough staff. Personal works simultaneously or front desk, restaurant and house keeping. They are exhausted and overworked and it shows. We had no working TV and no one to sort it for 2 days.

Plenty of issues with our stay. We booked 2 rooms and one small apartment. One of our rooms had no lights. We were given bedside lamp which still kept the room too dark. There was no hot water after 5pm… and almost never in the morning so shower or morning coffee is almost impossible. You have to slam the door for it to lock. It means everyone wakes up with the first person out of their room. The restaurant is totally inadequate - they have very small selection of food, no food for kids and mainly spicy foods. We had to go and eat in the restaurant of the hotel next door as many of the guests. The pool bar food takes forever to be prepared - between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. I wanted to move one of the beach umbrellas so my sun lodger can be in the shade and a lady from the pool bar rudely shouted me that they must not be moved. I had to speak with the Manager who said that is fine to move them. Inadequate staff… This is very poor value for money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money. They charge you as a premium place but is run by amateurs.

Nice location and view to the lake, the swimming pool for guests. Nice breakfast during the weekends.

There was no AC in the bedroom. It was too hot on the upper floors. There was a bee hive in the playground and our daughter had a bee sting. We notified the staff but no action was taken. They didn't clean our room for 2 full days.

Spacious apartment, pools were great, food was also very good. The scenery is very pleasant.

The Place was beautifoul

Room was not clean, have die insect and hair on the floor.In the room 202 have not light, my child want read Pinocchio, but have only light very low for sex.Have many noise in the room and we cant sleep.My child Is allergic and all night he was not good for dirty room.People that work was angry every Moment and they scream with me in front my child that I have not bracelet (I'm 45 years old and I have respect for people but I cant wait that one guy Scream with me in front my child). I pay many many Money and I cant wait everithing this.

Amazing staff who waited for us to order food despite our late arrival. Very much appreciated the gesture and would book a longer stay next summer.

Everything was clean, the food was amazing and affordable, the rooms were great and modern looking.

The road to the hotel is pretty bad and you have to go through some slums…

The location is great. The lake view is very nice. The staff is helpful and polite.

The room was very dark cause the lights on the ceiling were blinking.A few dishes from the menu in the restaurant were sold out and not available especially on the second dinner of our stay.

My room was very dirty- full of hair, the bathroom sink was blocked and all water stayed on floor, which is not Health and Safety!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!very uncomfortable beds! I requested for Baby cot but staff said they are runout of it, so my baby had to sleep with me which made me restless. Baby was crying every 10 min because of uncomfortable beds!

Nature, Room design interior, pools, fittness, parking, view from the balcony, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Amazing view, wonderful resort, and super friendly staff.The location is perfect and allows the guests to easily reach many of the Thracian sanctuaries spread around the area.

Everything was top-notch and the 10-star rating is properly deserved. Staff was smiling and friendly. Room (apartment) was big with everything needed in it, and even more. View from the balcony was WOW! We arrived late at night and at the next morning when we opened the windows the view was stunning!The dedicated parking was big, but not sure if it will be enough in high-season (Glavatarski Han offers a lot of accommodation and maybe external access to swimming pools at summer)

Personal opinion - the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the price of the rooms. Everything we tasted was good, but not that great (for example, salads were running around 14BGN)

The apartment is really spacious with modern furniture and two bathrooms - pretty comfortable for a family of four. Such a room is more suitable for a five star hotel :-)

Beautiful location, new and clean rooms.

- Meals at the hotel were a little bit expensive. - There were few activities to keep children busy. - There was a little place called Kid's Club but it was not run well and dusty.- Shared toilets nearby pools were not clean enough and there was no soap at Men's toilet. - No information about the hotel and its amenities at the check-in.
