Clean room, hot water, easy to find and parking right in front of the hotel

Room was a bit small, but good for money

Staff at the reception, quite convenient location for a rest at low price. At the night of our arrival there was very noisy party at the basement, but thankfully the lady at the reception has accomodated us in a separate quiter section.

There was very unpleasant smell of cigarettes. The room was obviously cleaned but the cigarette odour was overwhelming. The air condition was too loud and unable to heat the room properly. For me it was bearable, as I'm resilient and was quite tired, with need of a sleep, but for my wife the experience was disastrous which has ruined our vacation.

The hotel was clean and in a very quiet location with free parking. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was freezing cold with no heating very thin bedding and far to noisy there was no soap shampoo etc

Hotel in good localization, very clean room, personel very helpful.

The hotel is in the town centre, and only a short walk to the tram station. It is clean, staff friendly

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, room was very clean and bright. Location was excellent, big free car park right next door and a few hundred meters to a fabulous restaurant.

The bed was very uncomfortable and creaky, also the noise from other guests was terrible, I could even hear snoring in the night from the guy staying next door.

The staff were friendly and the room was a decent size with a balcony and a fridge. The bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower.

All perfect, receptionist very helpfull and kind. We choice is otel for rest point past to border nice and quiet place

So close to the centre and nice and cheap.

No restaurant or bar facilities

The staff was friendly and you are at the center of the town. Great price for a good room. You also get a terrace which is rare in most hotels of this caliber.

The window's lock was ripped off. You can hear the neighbors talking through the walls or at the corridor.

Hotel close to motorway, clean room, good for staining one night

We booked a Comfort room which was positioned in a covered courtyard. Despite requesting a no smoking room, unfortunately, the air in the room was acrid due to guest's smoking in the courtyard area. We asked to be moved into a room inside the hotel as we figured there would be no smoking allowed there. This was much better and I have to say that the lady who assisted us was extremely helpful.

As above, the roof covering the courtyard prevented cigarette smoke from escaping and resulted in an unpleasant environment if you're a non smoker.

Close to centre, restaurants close by. Well signposted hotel. Clean.

The corridor smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, no tea making facilities. Bed was not the best

Good room and central location, even though we didn't speak the language the hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Warm welcome, easy check in, nice smiling and helpful people. No stairs to access the room. The yard is fully covered so our bicycle was protected from humidity. The room was very clean and confortable. We 200% recommend the place!

The personal of the hotel was friendly, I could put my bike on the terrace of the restaurant indoor the hotel area. The view out of the room was nice.
