HOTEL ESKADA BEACH - Free Parking

We had a great sea view from our window. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, watching the sea. In the morning, there was a beautiful sunrise.There’s also a parking area for cars right across from the hotel.

It’s hard to say anything good about this hotel. Honestly, it felt like stepping back into the 90s in Sochi, Russia. It’s a big block with lots of small rooms and not-so-pleasant neighbors. The guys above us were playing loud music on a speaker until midnight. There were no staff at the reception at that time, so I had to talk to them myself — luckily, they were reasonable, and we managed to sort it out.The beds and linens were just okay. The noise was terrible — our room was right across from the elevator, so people were walking, talking, and coughing all the time. First until midnight, then again around 5 a.m. when someone was leaving. I barely slept.Breakfast was included, but it’s hard to call it tasty. It was edible, that’s about it.And the pool — it’s actually across the street! Is that a joke? You literally have to cross the road to go swimming.There are no beaches or access to the water nearby — just a cliff. The view is nice, though.

The location is excellent, the sea view is awesome, the staff is polite, friendly and useful.

Hotel Eskada is located right on the beachfront, and the rooms offer a wonderful sea view. The outdoor pool in front of the hotel is also very nice. Rooms are clean, recently renovated, and the beds are wide and comfortable. There is both free parking in front of the hotel and a dedicated parking area for hotel guests, which is very convenient. The level of cleanliness in the common areas was good. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it suitable for rest and relaxation.The location is also practical – close to the center, the beach promenade, the medical center, and several small shops and restaurants. It offers good value for money. Most of the guests were families with children or couples.

The staff were not the most welcoming or smiling, but they did their job well and we had nothing to complain about in terms of service.Unfortunately, breakfast was quite poor and repetitive throughout our stay. There is food to choose from, but usually only one or two things you really like, with little variety overall.

Breakfast was OK, a lot of choices available. The location was great.

I would have preferred black coffee instead of instant coffee.

The room was very good, the pool - too, good breakfast and very good reception service.

The hotel is at perfect location, very close to the beach, you can see it from your window. There is a parking space right across the street which was also very nice. The room was very spacious, clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The location is excellent. The balcony is very large and you have a nearly-180-degree view of the sea, which is exquisite. Very close to the beach and you have dine out options if you are not going for all-inclusive.

Some stains on the pillow cases and towels, otherwise the room was clean. Upon request these were changed, but the attitude was lacking. Barely any amenities in the room, there weren't even glasses. Unless you are eating breakfast very early, it's not quite fresh.

The breakfast was good, at a restaurant overseeing the sea, with a nice view. The pool had a great location right above the sea, with a pool bar.

The room was like a small hallway, situated on the ground floor, right next to the promenade, just some bushes staying in the way of making eye contact with the people walking. From the outside, it reminded me of the personnel's basement rooms in a Sunny Beach hotel. The WiFi and overall connection was nonexistent.

Convenient location

The photos look much nicer than the actual rooms. There are very few power sockets.

our first room had spiders and ants, but we got it changed. in the second one, at least they were only in the bathroom.

Hotel Staff was Good and helpful, everything was clean and location was perfect, enjoyed the Holiday and will use it again

Wonderful location, wonderful view from the pool, wonderful staff, clean, cozy, comfortable room, I am completely delighted ? The beach is nearby, the nature is magical!

Different place for selves serving and feeding (must cross the street). We hit a bed weather and wasn’t good. Everything else is great

No spiders, it is important for me because my girlfriend has aracnophobia ?. The room was so big and very clean, the stuff every day change clothes and load up bath accessories. The breakfast is rich, but every morning haveing same chanches to choose.
