Poor breakfast!SPA centre requires a "reservation" and its open till 18:30h. For this reason people that are arriving at about 5PM in the hotel cant use it!SPA centre does not offer towels or water (no even discussion about tee, dry fruits or nuts)
Beautiful Hotel, spotlessly clean with great facilities including buffet breakfast. However, restaurant/bar staff apart from one young gentleman really do not care, zero customer service with most staff on their phones with one lady extremely rude! I would stay again if they had a customer service policy ...

The amenities are too old, there are bugs in the room and the SPA is too small compared to the size of the hotel

The pool was great - it was huge and very warm (28 degrees they said).You can also have a dinner there and the restaurant is good - the food was delicious.

The hotel has a very nice lobby, good quality of decoration wood and stone. Situated in the forest. We stayed one night as transition for holiday.

Clean rooms, nice stuff, tasty food, pool temperature was warm.There is no landscape view, as the place is "hidden" in the trees, but the birds song during the whole day is fantastic and relaxing.
