The view, the SPA, the swimming pool was clean.

The bed was too soft for me and gave me some back pain.

Very relaxed, good facilties and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The string smell of air freshener in the corridors. It was overwhelming.

Complimentary breakfast was bountiful.

Room decor was outdated. Shower head kept falling down and actually hit me twice in the head while trying to take a shower. Construction happening outside of hotel of tennis courts which would have been nice to be notified about. Didn't use everything at the facility because this was an overnight stay, but for a four-star hotel, I'm not quite sure how '80s looking rooms are the standard.

Beautiful decoration, spacious rooms and incredibly kind staff. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated.

Convenient

My friend and i got food poisoning from pork teriyaki which we both had on Monday evening (8th July24) Today, Wednesday, we both still have terrible diarrhoea.

The restaurant food is absolutely delicious and well worth the money, but the breakfast options are very basic. There is an abundance of parking and it is only a short walk to the center of Dryanovo. The room is equipped with slippers, robes, and plenty of different sized towels. The swimming pool is large enough but the atmosphere is not for "relaxation." The boutique style corridor is impressively decorated.

The bed mattresses are outdated, excessively springy with gaps and sadly uncomfortable. The room doors are extremely loud when they close to be locked, which can be disruptive to other guests. The bathroom ventilation was not very effective and introduced some unwanted smells.

It's our second time visiting the hotel and we cannot fault it. The Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and it is in an ideal location for us to visit. The restaurant serves amazing food and the price is great.Thank you Kentavar see you next year.

The room was very clean and well maintained. on the whole a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. the food was very good in the restaurant, A bit pricy compared to local restaurants but, better quality (you get what you pay for). The |Spa and facilities were good and the bar/reception/restaurant staff all smiley and helpful. Would go back!

The décor was a little tired maybe needs updating in rooms although, I must add in good repair.

Large room and bathroom, very good breakfast. Food at the restaurant is delicious.

We enjoyed very much the swimming pool - the water was very warm and the air in the pool area was conditioned too. Breakfast was very good and the service in the restaurant was very quick and waitress was very polite. Great hotel for families with kids.

I would sudjest installation of some kind of foldable drier or hanger in the rooms for bathing suits and towels after using the pool.

Everything was fine ! Wide,clean and cozy room! Good breakfast. Very helpful staff! All girls are professional! Sweaming pool is clean and warm. Especially thanks to life guard IVAN ! He helps me a lot!

- This is the 5th time we stood at this hotel an every time we had no complaints. However, sadly to say but this time was the worst time ever and we decided not to return any more and will definitely will not recommend this hotel any more.- 32" Flat TV, acceptable Wi-Fi signal.- Interesting Bulgarian wine list at restaurant in the evening- Clean property, room & bathroom- 2 type 2 charging stations on location in the outside parking lot (no idea about if it's against a charge or included into the room price, please check with concierge); I have noticed the outside charging station at departure only.

Twin Room & Bathroom:- Twin Room #301 - one of the walls had visible cracks on it;- Shower cabin is spilling on the bathroom floor;Breakfast:We were told that breakfast is served until 10 am daily. At 9:35 we couldn't find anything on the buffet fact which we have pointed out to the staff and to the reception and kindly asked them three times to refresh. After 20 minutes one of the staff members told us that "there will be no more food to be refreshed" and at 10:10 brought us a a-la-carte menu for breakfast with a limited offer of choices. We were not the only one during that Sunday morning receiving such "wonderful new rule of the management". Practically between 09:30 - 10:00 the hotel is not refreshing the buffet anymore. So be aware in case you still decide to choose this "4 star" hotel. Breakfast is decent but limited in options. Of course we were not told at arrival about this "new management rule" although we have paid room & breakfast.Swimming pool:The time table during winter time changed: 10:00 am - 05:00 pm. Arriving at the swimming pool we noticed that unattended kids were jumping in the water and the noise in the swimming pool area was impossible to bear so therefore we decided to skip this indoor facility which also included in the same price :-).

Good value for money and the pool us great

Our room was not serviced every day - twice they did not clean it. We had ckean towels but they did nit change the bed in our 5 night stay

Dryanovo is a small place, so the hotel is close to all the objectives. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.
