The surroundings, the proximity to the Marea Neagra beach, the resort gardens.

Awful smell all the time around the property, and especially at the restaurant.High prices for what it offers.Food under expectations.

I like the resort location, space of the room and green gardens.

Bathroom smells bad and old faucets are leaking water.The a la carte dishes are cooked in burnt black oil and I could not enjoy a decent fish dish. Breakfast has poor options for a 4 stars resort.The sewage pit is close to the restaurant and it smells shit when sitting outside.The rooms are not properly cleaned, there are spiders climbing in bed.

Location, activities are great value

Resort maintainance could be better performed for 4 stars and their prices.

The room was spacious, with furniture that beautifully reflected the natural environment of the Danube Delta. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with the bathroom being impressively large. The included breakfast was of excellent quality, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious food. The property felt like a small, charming village, perfect for spending a relaxing day without needing to leave. The staff was nice and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so I could hear people talking in adjacent rooms and footsteps from the floor above.

The idea of the resort is a good one. They have different activities that can keep you entertained during the stay. The location is near the sea and on the Danube river which is a bonus.

The food is not that great. Having the fact that they're in the Danube Delta, i was expecting the food to be delicious and with lots of fish, but that didn't happened. We had great meals in the village, though. When we took the room, it wasn't proper cleaned and even if we asked at the reception for a better cleaning, they didn't come until the next day, and next day it was not proper clean again.

The garden and the location (close to the beach and village center)

The cleaning can be improved. The rooms are outdated and the cleaning is not done properly.The noises from other rooms are really a big major of dissturbance. You can hear absolutely everything from the other room.The food is not so great. There is just frozen fish.

the local restaurant is one of the best you can get in the region, very good dishes fish based and also otherbreakfast rich and diverseproximity to the beach, nice 20 min walk, we recommend reaching Capul Buival where you can observe the impressive the flow of the Danube into the Black Sea, amazing nature, highly recommend boat trips through the canals - something you don't see elsewhere

sound insulation between rooms - you can hear everything from rooms around and upper floorall activities are a bit pricey - worth exploring with locals for boat trips, etc.

Rooms noisy, no room service, no kettle in room. No security box in room. Poor gym equipment.

Friendly reception and cleaning staff, eager to give suggestions and solve issues. Good trips recommended with local staff. Great room in villa L we loved it a lot and also our small child. And also good/tasty food in the main restaurant. The baggage is transported from the arrival deck by the location staff which is very helpful

The restaurant staff are not very well prepared on the menu dishes, what they contain and to offer recommendations. Also the fish is only frozen in all menu dishes no fresh fish. On the last day before check out the room cleaning already started and we also found one extra bed left in the room before we took the baggage out.

the sound proofing of the rooms, you can hear EVERYTHING from one room to the next, if a neighbour is snoring there is nothing to do....

Great location, a dream place.

The toilet was not clean, very dirty and sticky. But because we where set up for a holiday we didn't bother.

The food was excellent and the large spaces for recreation. The ideea of the cinemas it is exceptional

Unfortunately, the wood structure propagates a lot of noise from the neighbours

Location in the Danube Delta and close (15 minutes walk) to the beach.Staff was pretty helpful.

Small and noisy rooms. You can hear people from the next room talking, or hear their TV. There was some water leaking in the bathroom from the room above.Breakfast pretty basic and when stuff runs out, it doesn't get replenished fast, if you have to wait (if it gets replenished).Restaurant has only frozen fish and it's expensive.The pool is pretty small, considering how big the resort is.

The location is very beautiful and quiet, the staff is kind and the food is very good and tasty. The whole experience feels like a vacation in the country at the grandpas. I really recomand this location.

Maybe the only thing that it wasn’t ok was the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell and the shower attachment was broken so a little difficult to take shower.

We met with friends for a few days' stay at Green Village. We enjoyed the setting, with greenery and a nice cooling pool for hot days. The breakfast was ok, though I wouldn't award it 4*. The coffee machines were decent, but didn't make any beverages with milk, and there was a good selection of meats, eggs, and veggies.

The place is in definite need of a makeover. The villa we stayed at had two levels, and a lot of dead space in between. We missed a water boiler and some basic kitchen like amenities. The fridge was too small and filled to the brim with overpriced beverages. Some space for our own stuff in need of cooling would have been more appreciated. No complimentary water/fruit. The bed itself was huge, but somehow had a mound in between the two single beds that had been put together, so sleeping always resulted in slipping towards the middle. Downstairs, there was no sofa for the chilling space. The stone alley that led to our place was insufficiently cleaned of falling fruits from the trees. The toilets were smelly.Overall, what I missed most was the level of service I've come to expect from 4* places - the smiles, the friendly personnel, the activities, the excellent food. Interaction with people felt polite, but uninterested. There was not even an offer to help with luggage from the reception, in spite of our villa being on the other side of the compound. The list can go on, but the essence of it is: services and personnel dedication need to be improved, as well as refurbishing the furnitures and the floors and upping the breakfast + restaurant quality.

The food in the restaurant is not the best one, limited options and not so tasty, breakfast is decent.The pool is full of insects which are not removed everyday, there is no mosquito net on the rooms and is a real challenge to keep the insects out of your room

Great location with wonderful staff and good accommodations. Plenty to do for both children and adults, the beach is 15 minutes away and it is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, hotel restaurant is a good options for lunch or dinner but you can also find other good restaurants near by.

The distance from some of the cabanas to the restaurant can be a bit long, also the multitude of dogs on the premises can be disturbing even if they are well behaved, the sheer number of them is just too much.

Nice and clean property

I was waiting for 30minutes for bread at breakfast and staff could not provide. In the end they returned to me the money I payed for breakfast. Which I appreciate

The location, the design, the feel of it.

You can hear every step someone is taking in the room above. The WiFi connection is not very good, very weak signal, you can barely connect to it. We gave up complaining about it. Only one restaurant with not enough options, no room service so if you are not on time in the restaurant, you will not have anything for dinner. No small shop or vending machines for snacks. Even though is full season the bicycles for rent were not available because they were being repaired.
